Laura Peil, Carrie Olsen and Lauren Crider are the most unethical, unprofessional and disgusting women. It's embarrassing as a woman that they consider themselves women. They are inept at their jobs. It's disturbing that they cover up things about a company and a hiring manager that are detrimental to a person's life. These three women covered up abusive, mentally unstable and possible alcoholic and/or drug addict traits from me about a small public accounting firm they placed me at and they know these people well because I was told they talk to them on the phone all the time. Carrie Olsen is an unprofessional, negligent, insecure woman who is defensive and nasty when you speak to her. She also does not do her job does not answer questions a candidate needs answered and does not care about a candidate getting compensated correctly or fairly. Neither does Laura Peil. Laura Peil is unprofessional and negligent and does not care about anyone's life or well being and both of these women use people unethically to make money. They do not care if someone's life is possibly ruined or detrimentally affected or threatened by an unstable manager/owner husband and wife. They are responsible for giving me correct and proper information about the company I am interviewing with and taking a job with. They don't care what the professional ethics or morals are at a company they are placing a candidate. They don't care if the company they place someone at threatens a person or puts them in a threatening situation. They also do not care if someone is sexually harassed. I was sexually harassed physically by the husband of the owners of a small public accounting firm they placed me at. He pinned me between my chair i was sitting in and my desk and the wall and almost pushed his chest into my head. If I would have pushed him away they would have fired me. If I would have made a scene and told him to move away from me they would have fired me. Maybe these women think sexual assault and abuse and harassment is alright in any circumstance. These women think that is alright and cover up for this in the workplace because I told them what happened to me and they did not care. Also, the wife who is the owner of the public accounting firm they placed me at also has an abusive threatening belligerent and unstable personality that they also cover up because I told them how this woman treated me. The first week I worked there I simply asked this woman if we could discuss my position I just took and how it will be structured and she turned into an abusive belligerent disturbed person. These things about this woman could be because she is mentally unstable or an alcoholic and drug addict or is all of them. But it is these women's responsibility to know these things about a company and its owners. I am forced to submit to a background check and a scrutinizing process about my personality and type of person I am - why aren't the owners or hiring managers forced to submit to the same things for my information. This is the responsibility of the staffing firm to give the candidate correct information about the people and company. I was also told by Laura Peil that I was going to possibly have a drug screen. I do not drink alcohol and I am against drugs and drug use and will not work for or with drug addicts or alcoholics. Why don't the managers or owners have to submit to a drug and alcohol test? Because the employees at this firm talk openly in the office about doing drugs hardcore drugs like vape laced with fetinol. That means that these people all could be drug addicts and alcoholics. The woman owner told me her and her husband drink. They could be alcoholics and vape addicts if they don't care that these people who work for them talk about doing these drugs and getting "wasted". Laura Peil and Carrie Olsen had a responsibility to tell me these things about this company. It is their responsibility to ask these people about their office and company policies. Maybe these two women Laura Peil and Carrie Olsen do drugs and are excessive drinkers and alcoholics because they don't seem to care about it this creates a hostile, unprofessional and lowlife work environment for anyone who is a professional person and does not do drugs or get "wasted" and drink excessively and live a "wasted" drug addicted alcoholic lifestyle. Drug abuse and alcoholism lowers the level of a person and changes their brain and their behavior and their personality and being forced to work for and with people like that makes it a hostile work environment. Renaissance Personel Group does not care about people or putting a candidate in a threatening and life detrimental situation. They also do not care about placing someone at a company where they might be forced to perform unethical accounting and tax practices that could lead to criminal acts. The staff was very helpful and friendly when I showed up for my interview. Kendall was my main point of contact there and she was very efficient, welcoming and professional! I had always been opposed to staffing agencies because the ones in the Northeast have left a bad taste in my mouth, however, Kendall and the Renaissance team have completely changed my perspective. They even reached out to me a few months after the Company had hired me on permanently, to make sure that I was being treated well. This was very thoughtful and kind. These ranged from temporary assignments to permanent placements. It was a great way to build my skill set in a variety of different settings. The recruiters were very friendly, knowledgeable, and resourceful. I never felt like I was ignored or taken advantage of. They have been able to build a client base that affords them the opportunity to place qualified candidates in jobs that aren't just a paycheck, but will be a good fit to both their qualifications as well as personality.
