He's the most knowledgeable massage therapist I've come across and his massages, combined with the stretching always leave me feeling well on the way in my recovery journey. My wife and I try to visit monthly. This place is small and not overblown like many "spas". But here you truly get value for the money and his experience vs paying for the frills of a glamorous spa day. It's small, quiet, and intimate and you're likely the only client there. My therapist Tina, had a good touch and checked in to see if the pressure was ok, but she asked a bit too much almost to the point that I couldn't relax and the only reason they got docked a star. She was very sweet though. The place was extremely clean and the temperature was perfect not a deep freeze like most others. The music was at just the right volume and despite it being in a VERY busy strip center you couldn't hear any outside noise from inside.
