Cassandra is my go to girl. She does WONDERS with colour. I'm always satisfied after a visit with Cassandra. She is always so friendly and talkative, it's like we've been friends forever lol. In fact, EVERYONE at the salon is very friendly. They are always so welcoming. You just feel really comfortable at the salon. They always offer you tea, water or coffee. I let them know I am from out of town, very particular with my hair, and looking to perfect my graduates bob. The lovely front desk lady let me know Jade is the stylist or me and booked me in. Well, my experience was great and I will be sure to get more cuts as I visit Brampton for work. Thank you Jade for the fab cut, great attitude, and wholesome and great customer service! What wasn't expected was this time I'd be leaving with an Edward Scissorhands hack job. She has some skill but not consistent, apparently. I went back to get this resolved/adjusted but I strongly feel the onus was placed on me to make suggestions as to how to address the stylist's fail which resulted in a missing chunk of hair at my face and top layers 2 inches shorter than what we'd - mutually - decided on and a massive disconnect. The best practice would have been to consult the salon owners to give a second opinion when I came back, given she knew I was coming in with a problem. They do extensions at that salon and that could have been offered for what would have amounted to a small insert and not a free head of supermodel hair. Given I'm stuck with hours of additional work at my end amounting to more time out of my day and money on styling products the latter could have also been offered. My bangs were uneven and she couldn't even correct that minor imbalance without screwing up. The salon owner called to discuss which unfortunately was a complete defence of the stylist and lack of client respect. Apparently my getting a refund was supposed to be enough which hardly accommodates the months of dealing with a crappy service. Sure the salon comment will be something like "not a good fit" "miscommunication" as per my conversation with the owner or a suggestion I go elsewhere. I'm ahead of them on the last point.

I live in NY so I have a U.S. bank and wasn't able to pay the $20 deposit because I don't have e-Transfer, but I emailed the salon and they said it was no problem and not to worry about it. I was able to use my Visa credit card (they also take Mastercard) to pay. If you do pay the deposit, $20 is deducted from your total. The hair washing station is really relaxing, with lie-flat chairs so your neck doesn't hurt and sparkling lights on the ceiling. I'm so happy with my cut ($80 CAD before tip) and I think I got a great value for the level of service. I highly recommend Sam and this salon, his technique was so meticulous and I love my cut.

Our appointment was for 11 am but at 1030, Amanda text us that Bella was stuck on a GO Bus and wouldn't be able to start until 1130. Normally that's not a big issue, but I was dealing with really tight timelines because of nap times and attention spans, so I couldn't just burn 30 more minutes than expected. I explained this to Amanda, and she said if I could get there soon, she would cut my daughter's hair. The salon opens at 11, but Amanda started with us at 1045. The level of customer service was unreal. Friendly, accommodating, apologetic and I got what I came there for - a sophisticated haircut for my daughter that wasn't just a "who cares you're a kid" cut. The salon is beautiful inside, the sparkling lights about the hair washing station was a nice touch. At the very end, Bella did show up and she seemed nice as well, but Amanda really came through for us. We will be back!!

They are located in the beaches and have two locations. I go to the beaches location. Booking is super easy with their online booking system. They have many protocols in place for covid. They check your temperature, ask you to sanitize your hands when you enter, only allow people with appointments inside, have barriers between stations, wear masks, etc. Terry does an amazing job with hair colour. He blends the colours so nicely and gets the colour I show him. He also makes sure to do it so it's low maintenance and grows out nicely. I personally only go once or twice a year for colour and it holds up very well. I love that they keep notes on your file of what they did to get that colour, so they can refer to it when you come back. The salon is kept very clean and all the other staff are friendly as well. Their prices are also very fair for Toronto. Do yourself a favour and let Terry bless your hair!!
