At the apt, he goes over every possible blood test and indcators of your health. It is like a "State of the Union" for your body. He tells you the normal ranges and helps you understand where your numbers lie. He then helps you understand why certain numbers are high or low, because of your diet, lifeystyle, or other factors. After that, he comes up with a number of solutions to help get you in the healthy ranges you should be in. Usually by natural means- One thing he recommended to me was Omega Fish Oil and Cod Liver Oil. Find the right brand, and they actually taste delicious. I recommend Dr Brown to anyone! Health or Sick!
