I showed up for my initial consultation at Kennedy Chiropractic and was excited about my appointment. After giving my insurance information, I was told that I didn't owe anything. Then, I received a bill in the mail for over $150 that I now owe to Kennedy Chiropractic. After discussing with their Billing Department, I was instructed that it's because I hadn't met my deductible yet (which I was fully aware of). Then she informed me that I should have known to tell them on my first ever appointment with a chiropractor that I didn't want to go through my insurance because they charge a client less based on this arrangement. They never discussed how much and initial consultation and respective treatment was, told me I owe nothing, and now won't work with me on the amount owed because it's not their problem. I'd recommend going to the three other chiropractors in the area before checking out Kennedy Chiropractic Center. read more

I went to Dr. Kennedy after pinching a nerve in my neck. She listened to my needs and pain, and even diagnosed a knee pain that I have had. She is easy to talk to, extremely nice, and gave me a great adjustment! read more

I have been to numerous chiropractors and I can tell you that Dr. Kennedy is knowledgable, professional, and accessible. She will listen to you and then start treatment. Dr Kennedy is an honest chiropractor. You won't go more than you actually need to. She's personable and inviting. Her office manager, Sue, is absolutely wonderful. Both women are amazing at what they do, and they go above and beyond to help. I absolutely love and look forward to going in. Highly recommend popping in to see Dr Kennedy. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1988, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Her certifications are; Doctor of Chiropractic/Palmer College of Chiropractic, Board Eligible Chiropractic Rehabilitation, Advanced Certification in the Diagnosis, Treatment and Rehabilitation of Spinal Whiplash Injuries/ The Spine Research Institute of San Diego, Certification in Low Back & Neck Pain Diagnosis and Management/Southeast Back Institute, Certification in Extremity Adjusting and Certification in Nutritional Counseling. Dr Kennedy was referred to us three years ago by a prior patient of hers. She and her Administrative Assistant, Sue have been true advocates and allies while dealing with both a mentally and physically tasking injury. I've seen Dr Kennedy go above and beyond the line of duty to do what is in the best interest of her clients, when nobody else would. Her priority is clearly gaining and maintaining confidence and trust in her practice. As I've recently sought out my own treatment from her, I can truly say that I am treated like a close family member or friend in addition to a client. She takes the time to really listen and explain. Yet what sets her even more apart from her counterparts is that she understands that the suffering associated with the conditions she treats deserves a deep and wholistic approach. Our 6 month old son had a number of pain issues that started shortly after he was born. We'd seen a number of doctors about various solutions. Nothing was working, so at the suggestion of our pediatrician we visited Dr Kennedy to see if we could help ease our son's pain and make sure he was all aligned properly. To our surprise, our son took a liking to it, and was always happy while Dr Kennedy adjusted him - even though he had a number of areas where he needed to be adjusted. We visited Dr Kennedy for a few months and our son gradually improved. And by the time he turned one he'd outgrown the issues surrounding his pain. Dr. Kennedy was able to get me in for an initial consultation the next day (on a Sunday!) after completing a web form ... after hours. She was incredibly kind and helpful. Having never seen a chiropractor before, I was a little nervous. I was suffering with a pinched nerve in my neck for almost a week and didn't feel my doctors were taking it seriously.
