VERY disappointed in the service we received! We've used Lorrie Ann Photography for 3 years but…read morethis last session was awful. I signed up and we received no reminder about the session. We showed up to the address we provided and no one was there. We could not reach them. The homeowner got in contact with them and they had sent us the wrong address. They didn't give me the right address after asking for it. We waited 20 minutes then I asked again and was told the homeowner can give it to us. Then when we finally arrived (a half hour late because of their error), they rushed us. We paid $250 for a 30 minute photo session. They didn't talk to our kids at all. They quickly snapped a few photos then said "well, I think we're all set". The photo session was not even 10 minutes long. I complained and said we paid for a 30 minute session and that I'd like more poses. They argued with me, snapped a couple more and tried to rush us off again. I complained again and they argued with me again. We left unhappy. I emailed afterwards and go no response from Lorrie but the person taking our pictures responded again saying that a 30 minute session is not necessarily 30 minutes. We were supposed to get a sneak peek photo in a "few days". 8 days later they posted one on their facebook page but didn't send it to us or tag us or anything. We were supposed to get all of our photos within 3-4 weeks, it's been over a month and we have not received any. I messaged Lorrie and receive no response, yet. I emailed the business and receive a response that they are "working on it". SUCH a disappointment! Hoping to get our photos back soon and we will NEVER work with them again. Over the years, we've spent thousands on photos. We've always been happy with Lorrie but I highly recommend you make sure Lorrie is doing your photos and not her "staff" because they definitely do NOT offer the same service that she does! So, now we find a new photographer for next time..... :(

As I had other photoshoots but as I would later come to find out none like this . Not only am I a beginner I am a plus size model that comes with its challenges one of the biggest being my insecurities and self esteem issues . But I would soon come to find out that this wasn't just anytype of photoshoot and just some photographer trying to pass time taking photos as a hobby to build a portfolio. He was invested , professional, and most importantly for me compassionate. The compassion was a big piece for me because of the insecurities and self-esteem issues about my body but that quickly melted away it wasn't even like a photo shoot it was like it turned into an artist painting on a canvas and as such things went smoothly just like that from there . It felt like the whole world had just disappeared in that moment as I posed with the air slightly hitting my face with my eyes closed . It was the most beautiful part of the shoot ( the bedsheet and bed poses ) . Time and time again I come across my photos and I relive the moments of every shot I took with Chris. I can honestly say I cannot wait for what the future holds and to have this experience again would be amazing . I have never felt so good so alive so ...I mean I can't even in words tell you really I want it all over again...and again and then some ....

Suzanne was incredibly flexible with our schedule and requests for her to travel to our desired location. My two year-old would tell you that Suzanne is so nice and fun to work with! She was gentle, motherly and accommodating to our unwilling (to be photographed) newborn. She made multiple attempts to capture the specific poses, backgrounds, etc. that I requested while adding her own professional touch. She is a perfectionist in that she wants you to be completely satisfied and will go above and beyond to attain that satisfaction.

FINAL UPDATE - As…read morementioned to Suzanne I have no interest in continuing to banter back and forth as its getting us nowhere close to a remedy. Also, I would have NEVER waited 5 years before trying to reach out to her, so I'm confused as to why she continues to deny the fact that I sent her two emails immediately following our ceremony. If you review our pictures versus her other work, Stevie Wonder could see that the quality (lighting & clarity) was horrible. Suzanne stated that she is a professional and has been in business for many years, so why didn't she acclimate to the conditions of the church and/or rainy day? Quite simply I was requesting either a refund or the raw photos so my husband could see if he could modify at least a few photographs from our special day. Again, Suzanne doesn't seem interested in rectifying this situation hence my reasoning for continuing to stand behind my initial review. Finally, I say if you are hiring Suzanne to take your photographs for any special occasion proceed with caution if the conditions provided aren't perfect as she doesn't seem to be capable of acclimating (i.e. weather, lighting, clarity).
