I had a consultation / inital phone call with this provider February 24th, 2021. I completed all necessary information via email the same day. They 'promised' to get me in within 3 months. March 3rd, 2021, they send me an invite to their patient portal. After that, I heard absolutely nothing. I emailed AND messaged them through the patient portal asking for an update on April 3rd, 2021, April 28th, 2021, May 6th, 2021, May 13th, 2021 & May 28th 2021. They did not respond to a single email or patient portal message. May 24th, 2021, Dr. Kat did respond and stated someone from her office would contact me. That did not happen. DO NOT expect them to be responsive, equitable, or inclusive. ALSO: please keep in mind that they do not accept google reviews, when posting reviews on The Washington Autism Alliance webpage, it has to be 'approved' so their ACTUAL reviews are diluted and not transparent.

I've seen Dr. Murray for 10 years at least; she specializes in children and adolescent psychiatry…read more(and indeed, I did begin to see her as an adolescent) but when I moved back to Seattle from out of state I knew I needed to get in touch with a psychiatrist I trusted to get the meds I need to stay stable and sane and immediately turned to her. I was past 21 by that point, but she still was happy to accept me as a patient. Not only that, but because she knows I'm paying out of pocket (don't even get me STARTED on my insurance) she has me paying the minimum cost she charges -- for SIMPLE cases (which mine is, most assuredly, not). It's still expensive, but it's worth it for how much she listens to your symptoms, your side effects, what doses YOU think for YOUR BODY will be best and takes all that into account. I have terrible terrible insomnia and we've managed to work out a medication regime that most doctors would balk at (and have). But I sleep well and through the night now and that's all that matters to me to remain as high functioning as I have to be. 5++++ stars Dr. Murray!

After interviewing with several and not really feeling like their services aligned with what I needed, someone suggested that what I really needed was a "life coach". "A life coach?!" I thought "that sounds so...fluffy". But after so many failed business coach attempts I decided to Google "life coach Seattle" and found AnnMarie. I was drawn to her experience as a therapist and a life coach and we set an appointment. I cried when we finished - she asked questions of me I hadn't ever considered before. That no other business coach or leader had asked of me. I knew immediately I would hire her, but what I didn't know then was what an incredible impact she would have on not only my life but my career. What I realized after we started working together was that the business coaches were so narrowly focused on just that - the business side of things. They could help me build out a plan to advance my career. But what they couldn't do was expertly blend that with what I was feeling and needing in my personal life. Linda Pender is a compassionate, caring professional counselor. I have been seeing her for over a…read moreyear and she has helped me deal with many difficult issues. She is very insightful and understanding. She has never taken a judgmental attitude with me, no matter what I have told her. Yet at the same time, she will tell it to you straight. She specializes in helping people through issues of sexual abuse and other abusive situations. She is a christian and if you want she will be happy to spend a few minutes praying with you. I always leave feeling encouraged and guided as to my next step in healing. The $110 fee per hour is a lot of money but I have found this to be so worth it.
