You don't expect immediate service in summer as it's the busiest time . Maybe for a "want" item you want until winter when things slow down . I've done business there for almost 20 years and expect to pay a bit more and wait a bit longer so i plan accordingly . Things never go wrong , things never "happen" . it's an adult shop with adults working there . Maybe this doesn't suit everyone but that's ok. there are other choices.
