We bought a $2300 T-Rex go kart for the grandkids December 21, lasted about four hours. Closer look revealed most of the bolts were not tightened. The bolts on the muffler were loose so one of the bolts broke off in the manifold. Initially, we stopped because the tank was spilling gas all over our eight-year-old grandchild. They forgot to put a tank overflow hose on the gas cap. They told me that their mechanics were not very good and that happens. I took the go kart back to their business December 23 they said they would fix it and get it back to me immediately a couple hours later they told me to come pick it up. It was not fixed, but it would be fine. I told them I would rather have it fixed the correct way. Now two weeks later still not fixed. We asked for our money back. They said they don't give refund and started yelling at my wife. I guess I will go pick it up and take it to a reputable shop to get it back to usable condition. read more

IF you are looking for a decent Quad, keep looking, I bought a used Rival "only has 20 miles on it" I wanted this to take chicken feed down to my coop, I'm 65 . I ave owned it a week, after giving the owner cash, the dang thing will not start. I went in today to ask if he could come out and try to see what the issue is, I offered to pay travel time and of course a fee for any repairs, (it is not under warranty, none was offered) Well, he told me, "throw it in your truck and bring it in I will look at it" I'm 65 yr old female, I can't "throw" anything in a truck anymore, hence the reason for the quad for bags of feed weighing 40 pounds. My honest option is they are cleaning the carburetor and not actually replacing it but they want to keep charging us $180! I purchased a coolster 70cc motorcycle from these guys in 2019, and it is an inexpensive, fairly reliable bike. The problem is, these guys won't help me get parts when needed. I had to go direct to the coolster company, who isn't much easier to deal with. Call Clovis motor sports and ask if the have a part, and it's usually a receptionist who knows nothing about anything, and will have someone call you back, that never calls you back. For $800 for a new kids bike it's not a bad deal, but if I were to do it over again I would've paid more upfront for a Honda so that I could get the parts I need when I need them. read more

Are you going to go through that whole spiel about leaving 0 Stars if I could if it wasn't for the girl that worked the counter that I spoke to afterwards I don't know why she didn't handle any customer service issues in the beginning it may not have been as bad as it did. Kristoff I need my rear tire change I called 70% of all Motorcycle Maintenance places in the city all quotes from 75 to $100. Super Clovis Motorsports I spoke to the mechanic a week before I brought my bike then explain to me a flat rate price for a rear tire on $45 barring any unforeseen issues I told him the make and model of my bike and that it would stock and he proceeded to say that he was familiar with the bike and then probably wouldn't be any issues a person need to order a tire which of the following Tuesday and I called again to double-check the price which I was told over the phone $45 barring any unforeseen problems that could arise since it that's fine I've been brought in my bike you could Tire on Thursday right before they closed so that could be the first bike they worked on in the morning and proceeded to ask again for the quote and they told me $45 barring any unforeseen issues could be a little more but mechanic and have to look at it. I received the call back at 12:30 the following day cuz I hadn't heard from him that's probably hear the mechanic hadn't even shown up yet I wasn't answering cuz I brought it there for Price only and it also happen to be the further shop for my house also identity to receive a call approximately 145 from the mechanic explain to me did you take anywhere from the hour and a half in 2 hours to change it to tire change and I was thinking he was just informing me since my bike is in there all day kind of apologizing also and then kind of borders it out it needs to be a different rate because of all the work and I really wasn't thinking about it cuz I already spoke to him and I thought everything was good boy was I wrong I end up receiving a call around for saying that the motorcycles of done and then I mention to them well you know I kind of remember that he was mentioned something about a late but he didn't see any prices really wasn't clear is very vague so what is it costing me oh yeah I will he told you and you gave the okay it's going to be $148. I explain to them that you never gave any practices never gave any rates you just mentioned to me it might be a different charge and I got three quotes saying otherwise and I was getting an argument with some accounts on the phone and hung up on them and then or call me back tell me to calm down and I was listening and I was told by the mechanic is very vague about everything and I did my due diligence and got three different times I asked what the quote would be I don't work for you I don't know what your rates are so I flat rate to having a rear tire change so after much debate you wasn't budging on the price so I just told him I'll handle it my way and Yelp about it that got his attenthuyion we argued for more proceeded to hang up on me okay to call him back because I didn't want to pay $148 he told me okay so are we good are you happy now I'm like to know I'm not happy to hold you know what am I getting a discount for it because it was a misunderstanding and you know it's customer service course I'm not happy that's not what was quoted. Plane to me why should I give you a discount then if you're just going to complain about it and I told him so basically you're blackmailing me to expect your Priceless text me not to complain how late does that sound for customer service if we wanted me to admit that I was wrong and I see you was doing me a favor by knocking it down. Double what my expected price was to pay and I wasn't having it said he finally relented and just put okay I'm done with you 99 bucks just charger Tim the weight I'm still looking the end of it after much discussion with the very nice group encounter I wish I remember her name the Clovis and Herndon all the way to 1st and Hartman in heavy traffic and as soon as I got on my bike I realize my handlebars forfeiting 3 inch inches or more lower than originally course I wasn't going to go back and ask them to fix it so I had to so I can see behind me because I handlebars was sitting that low first time there big mistake now I know why my friends take their bikes to the big-name exception of the customers everything and in my experience my perception is they did a bait and switch on the pricing they're so lazy that they know that I'm going to come in for work and they can't even look up what kind of bike it is and look at the picture and be able to tell me a quote run top of that the owner wants to take no responsibility read more

Hello.. I bought the snake eyes 250 two weeks ago. I must say and am being left feeling very disappointed.. almost upset. The bike from the moment I left had a spedometer that's not worked the fuel gauge as well. The lights fliker when I shift so leads me to think there are shorts in the electrical. The magneto cables rub on the chain and do not seem to be in right placement. But besides all of that. As if it's not enough bolts are loose and some missing on the bike that are beyond dangerous. The nut for the main front forks hand right would be an overstatement and the reason for all my issues being brought to attention are this. On Saturday with just 500 miles on the bike my girl friend was riding to work because this bike was for her. A daily commute. Well the rear fender came loose from the frame there was no nut on the bolt from the start it's rattled. It wasnt able to tighten and just made noise but not this ride. It came off forward direction into the wheel the plate bracket fender and all jammed up the rear wheel throwing her off. Lucky she wasn't in traffic. She broke her pelvis femer shattered knee and ankle. She's beenbin the hospital for four days.. two surgery's scheduled so far and no date towards release. These problems are expected isupose crashing motorcycles. But usually due to rider error. Not parts falling off a brand new bike. Brand New. The first bike I chose wasnt starting and you gave me another I don't know what happened. But these problems add up to faulty work. Your mechanics work is not skilled enough if this is how you send a bike off the floor.. I'm a rider and I take care of my things. I buy nice things and I don't destroy them or ride reckless. Either does my girl. Your work or lack of work on the bike. Almost killed my girl friend. I signed as is. I know it's at your own risk. But the fact is this is gross serious neglected oversight and neglegence to say the least. I almost just threw the bike out. But I'm stuck needing it now. She will loose a job. I'm out alot but non of that matters with someone who I bought a bike for and care about gets hurt because someone didn't care to check there half ass work. If I had the time I would think more about legal action.. I am not one to complain but this is a major fault of your company. just know that.. do something about it. Unfortunately I will not be sending any repeat or referral business to you. Tha sucks too. Because at first for half a block I was happy. Now not at all and just maybe the worst choice ive ever made. I will be sharing that when I have the chance.. this experience is life altering and a shame. read more

Went by today in hopes of getting a good price on some gear. Walked in and was politely told by the lady that she would be right with me. She was speaking with someone outside by the shop. I looked around and found a couple items I wanted to purchase. I was inside for a solid 15-20 minuets by myself. Instead of getting any help, I just listened to her complain about employees and customers to the other person. I did not have much time to sit and wait as I had my 10 month old baby with me, so I left. I guess I will just order online. STAY AWAY! No one knows how to get the titles and registration to you. Warranties and guarantees do not work at this place. Their word means nothing. It's been 6 months and I still have no title, registration, and license plate for my mo-ped. I can't even risk riding it because I don't want a ticket. And I already paid them the fees for dmv. Now I gotta repay dmv and hopefully I can get my tags and plates and title. read more
