I DO NOT RECOMMEND - I had an extremely bad experience with America's Choice Contractors and caution anyone to use them for large jobs that are complex. I have used this company for several jobs which included laying wood floors in two different homes and two balcony jobs. My spouse is an interior designer and also used them for different jobs as well. We will no longer use nor recommend America's Choice Contractors. The second balcony job was for my home which has about a 700sqft balcony that was retiled due to a few old tiles coming off the surface and a leak. We met with Bill Roberts to review the job scope who assured us everything will be done correctly and we decided to go with him even though he was the more expensive contractor we interviewed. This turned out to be a big mistake. The balcony has major issues 1) The pitch was done incorrectly so I have efflorescent which is white residue all over the balcony in between the tiles 2) I also have improper pitching and water lays in two corners of the balconies until it dries 3) I have major cracks (9 chips in total) because there were recurring leaks and they had to break out tile and re-repair them on 4 different occasion. This whole ordeal is going on about 2 years and it's still not done. Additionally the balcony drain leaked into my second floor 4 times. Each time Bill the owner sent his son Matt to fix it, each time he fixed it re-leaked. His son Matt indicated to me that he tried to do this on the 'cheap' hiring unskilled labors and I commented to him that he doesn't supervise his staff. At this point I have no choice but to seek legal help as Bill is not upholding his promise. When I mentioned this to him he said "Don't be an asshole." 15,000 dollar job and I get spoken to like this. DO NOT USE IS MY RECOMMENDATION read more

Renegade Roofing Co. is the best roofing company I could have chosen. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Joe Carpenito was excellent and very professional from start to finish; he was always available to answer any questions or concerns and provided me with a solution. The rest of the team was also very friendly and attentive to all my needs. I look forward to many years of a good roof now that they've built a new one, but if the need arises, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. I highly recommend them. hands down, the best roofing company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and believe me, I've seen a few in my time! A while ago, I noticed a few leaks in the roof, and I was worried it would be a big hassle, but these fine folks made everything so easy. The crew that came to help me were as polite as can be those young men were so respectful and took their time to explain everything to me. They didn't make me feel silly for asking questions, and they made sure I understood exactly what was going on. I felt like they treated my home like it was their own. Not only did they get the job done quickly, but they did it right. The roof is in perfect condition now, and I've had no problems since. This company did not leave me with any doubts. I had a good feeling about this company from the very beginning. I contacted several other companies prior to this one and each company had something negative to say about one another, but none of the other businesses had anything negative to say about Renegade roofing. One company in particular remained quiet for a few seconds then stated "yeah, they're a good company." As far as pricing goes, the other companies couldn't compare to what Renegade roofing quoted me. I just had Renegade Roofing Co. replace my 21-year-old leaking roof. I am very pleased with the quality of work performed. They were quick to reply to my initial call. I had a detailed estimate in a very short time and their sales rep answered every question I had to put my mind at ease. I liked the communication with them, especially with the owner, Mr. Roberts, a very kind, patient, and professional person. When I needed them to answer any questions they were always there. It took a little longer than I thought but, that was because of the pandemic that has slowed down everything from permits to supplying materials. I was pleasantly pleased from the very first conversation. Michael and his crew did a phenomenal job. Although, there was a miscommunication error in reference to materials between the foreman on the job and myself; Michael reassured me every step of the way that no price increase wold be incurred; Even after I offered to pay him the difference. Coming from the HVAC industry, I know the cost of materials and how one miscommunication can throw a job under. The flat roof came out perfect and so far since 2 hours after the job was done, it has been pouring non stop and the new roof is holding up wonderfully. Most often, time is spent on complaints but this company, Mr Roberts, his son & entire crew were absolutely amazing. Five StarsPlus for this Roofing Company. Twice in the past year we required the service & guidance concerning our roof. Last year during the beginning of a heavy rainy season I noticed an issue on our ceiling in our bedroom. Just above this area was the "gable" portion of out gable roof. I explained the situation to Zeke over the phone and advised me properly, and told me it was NOT a job for a roofing contractor. I followed his lead and the problem went away. Just recently we noticed a problem with our flat roof, without hesitation I call Zeke. We were provided a fair & reasonable estimate and the job was completed without any issues. The team at Renegade were patient and thorough with us as we shopped around for options. We went with Renegade because of their good reviews here and the interactions with Zeke and William. They always responded quickly and personally. The permitting process takes a while and getting building material is a challenge post-Covid, so the overall job took longer than anticipated, but it was never because of Renegade. I love this company! Louis came to my home and did a full roof inspection prior to replacing our roof. He provided photos of the damage. His knowledge of roofing was not only detailed, but he explained everything to my wife and me in an understandable way. When they replaced my roof, I was amazed and pleased with the level of protection they took to protect my home. Once they finished, I was also amazed by their cleanup process. I had a roof leak that was coming into my kitchen so I called Renegade Roofing to schedule someone to come and evaluate the situation. Zeke from Renegade came by the next day and told me what the problem was, and that they could come by to repair it in a day or so. They showed up and worked on my roof on a Sunday, and worked all day repairing and replacing roof tiles. They did a thorough and excellent job and the cost was extremely reasonable.
