Before: When I made my appointment online through Styleseat, she reached out to me shortly after to find out what I was hoping to get out of the appointment. I let Shelly know that I wanted my eyebrows to look super natural and subtle before I even walked through the door. She said she knew exactly what I was going for. I was...skeptical. I did what most people do and googled reviews. She had none. I was so scared, but I saw some pictures of her precise microblading work and felt more at ease. Appointment: Shelly was very kind and patient as I asked countless questions about the process. She had me pick the shape I wanted for my eyebrows and had me sign a liability waiver. She then gave me a handout that explained the healing process. It seemed simple enough. Then it came time for her to work on my eyebrows. From beginning to end, I want to say that the process may have been about an hour or so but I don't remember. Boy, that thing was painful. Even with the numbing cream! The big thing I do remember is when she handed me a mirror to look at my new eyebrows. The shape was gorgeous, but my eyebrows were WAYYYYY too dark and blocky. The handout said that my eyebrows wouldn't get this dark for another day or so. I paid and left. Secretly mortified. Did I just make a huge mistake?! No, I did not make a mistake. Healing: For the first 48 hours, I didn't wet my eyebrows. Over the course of the first week, I did my best not to get my eyebrows wet for too long. They started peeling and revealing these light grey, unevenly-colored eyebrows. First, they were too dark and now this?!? Again, the shape was gorgeous but I was not happy with my eyebrows. Two weeks later, no more peeling! My eyebrows were less grey, but noticeably lighter in some areas. I knew that my eyebrows needed a touch-up soon so I made another appointment with Shelly. Touch-up: This time, she addressed the inconsistencies that came from the first healing process and sharpened the tails of my eyebrows. I was so pleased this time around because she used a newer, less painful instrument and my eyebrows looked great right off of the table. I am so thoroughly grateful for her patience and skill. The BEST part for me is that I don't get complimented by people who see my eyebrows for a short period of time. I get compliments from the people who see me regularly! My eyebrows are look so natural that people assume that they're my eyebrows or that I do my makeup that well. I can keep my brows a secret, but I tell anyone who is willing to listen that I got my eyebrows done by Shelly! I am thoroughly pleased with Shelly's work. She has a customer for life!

After my honeymoon, I decided to start on her acne treatment with the Face Reality products since everything else I tried in the past never worked. After a consultation and bi-weekly visits, I have been acne free for months! I am truly amazed at how these products work and what care Stephanie takes in her clients wants and needs. I also see her for relaxing facials and back facials. She makes the experience extremely relaxing and gives the best face, arm, & hand massages! She did my makeup first then had to rush through my hair. I could not stay any longer or I'd be late to my own wedding. Had she not been late, she would've had the extra 40 mins to complete my hair better. My braid & flower piece fell out, & the curls were completely gone by the time of my ceremony. The owner did not care at all, actually accused me of lying, & would not refund me even though my hair was unfinished & had to go to my wedding with undone hair. My wedding pictures speak for themselves. My hair was not done. Not a great memory of my wedding day. Megan was also so slow working on my mother and sister, that my sister's makeup wasn't even half done and she had no choice but to also leave or she'd be late. All she got was foundation & eyeshadow, again, no apologies or partial refund from the owner. She paid for a full face of makeup & got only foundation & eyeshadow. Very unprofessional place. They obviously don't take weddings seriously, not even brides considering she was 40 mins late for me. Unfortunately I will have this memory forever & they didn't care at all.

Return a week later with the same ash blonde highlight picture (I have brown hair, no it's not easy but if it's not possible SAY it's not possible), and another 2 1/2 hours later my hair is even more brassy & chopped with rainbow colors. My five year old literally called it a rainbow. I called the salon the next day once it dried, was told I'd get a return call, hours later I miss their call while at work and call back, put on hold, put back on hold again, told I'd get a return call in 30 mins, that was now last week. I paid over $100 just to cry for weeks wishing I had never let them touch my hair Chris, you are the same person, owner actually, who laughed at my Facebook review and blamed "box dye" for the issue when I repeatedly said I had only used dye from Sally's that was salon quality. All of which the hairdresser was made aware of before we started. In my first review above I already mentioned the second trip. I was ignored after that over and over.
