Of course I thought he'd be highly recommended as Pederson hired him but he was terrible. Procedure was a waste of my money and extremely sloppy. Very painful with little care afterwards. In my immediate follow ups I would complain and he'd say oh just wait until the swelling is completely gone. Then when I finally got to that point and said I felt very little was changed he said "oh this is the first I'm hearing about your complaints ! Mistake #1) Photographing potential clients before the consultation. Know one should ever ask for you to consent to being photographed or recorded in any way shape or form until after you've signed a contract agreeing to their services. They do not need nude photos of your body if you're not even sure you are going to do business! The fine print included with the consent form, also states that they can use your images as they please ( unless you read the fine print & deny consent). The individual who starts the consultstion is fake nice. And laughed when we spoke about wether or not I had met with other surgeons and the prices I was quoted. Akron charges two to $3,000 more than a competitor in Mentor for the same exact procedure! Yet couldn't explain to me why and treated me as if I was lying. Once I was in a room, the assistant couldn't have been more cold and abrupt. She has absolutely no patience, knowledge or experience with hospitality. I have read other reviews that complain about her attitude. She had to keep leaving the room to ask the doctor questions because he couldn't be bothered by me. The male surgeon was incredibly rude, cold, arrogant & acted like he had better things to do. If you are not what he'd consider "high profile" it's clear you're not welcome. Money is money, it should never matter what a clients background is or what they look like. While I was in the middle of my consultation, a mirror was placed directly in front of me to try in implants. This faced the door- multiple employees kept opening the door without knocking or waiting for a response. Just walking in and out , leaving the door wide open for everyone to see my naked chest. This is an incredibly private moment and goes against the HIPPA laws and privacy act! I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism. I just wanted to cry and was so embarrassed and angry. The implants were dirty too, had long blonde hairs all over them. And they give you a dirty bra to try them on with. Then they wanted me to make a life changing decision in less than 5 minutes, it's not that simple. Their competition had me do a consultation, then come back to try on implants and take 2 photos only ( as I have Scopophobia & this sh**hole wasn't willing to work with me even though it's a super easy to lessen the amount of camera use). I couldn't get dressed & leave fast enough. I stormed out of the office as quickly as possible walking past the woman who started the process. Common sense tells you if a potential client doesn't return to finish the consult they're not interested. Yet she called the next day & played the stupid card when I told her what happened. Don't use this facility for any plastic surgery procedure! Go to Dr. Greer instead!!!

Their video conference software for the $350, one-hour psych intake appt failed, and we ended up doing that call by phone. Dr. Molina was in a huge rush to get off that call--even though it should have been an hour--that it was disconcerting for us. He hung up after half an hour, leaving a lot our questions unasked and unanswered. The followup appointment was supposed to be in person. We drove 45 minutes to get there, only to learn that Dr. Molina had cancelled his in-person appts for the day, and no one had bothered to notify us. We had even scheduled it further out than desired so it could be in person, if I remember correctly. In the end, they sat us in a grubby office with an old laptop, and we did the appointment that way. On top of which, Dr. Molina's medication recommendations were neither useful nor evidence-based. Would not recommend. There are psychiatrists out there who are in it for the people and (not just) the money--find one of them.

Several times in the past I have resolved to focus on my health. But other priorities always seemed to trump. Necessity caused me to look at it differently. Over the past ten weeks I have been recovering from shoulder surgery, traveling for work, sold a house and moved to a new one, moved office locations...all the while, with Brian's help I have dropped 17 pounds and am getting my stamina back following the surgery. I am not back to full physical activity yet, but I am feeling much better during the recovery due to better fuel choices. The shoulder issues were the result of arthritis, which is greatly irritated by inflammation. Eating better food and dropping weight has greatly reduced the inflammation, and I am not taking anti-inflammatory medications now. I feel better....bottom line. For me the secret has been accountability, and guidance to make better choices. That has come in great part due to the constant feedback I get from Brian. If my food choices were well intended, but off track, he will text me feedback on alternatives or strategies that could be better. Getting started took a commitment. But once we got going, it has been easy. We talk on the phone once a week but probably communicate 50 times a week by text. He has great resources to assist in making better health choices. Choices for eating at the airport, fast food restaurants, work dinners, social outings with friends...each have been traps for me in the past. Make a commitment to yourself to do it. You will be glad you did.
