Jason & Stacy are great with communication. Overall they do a good job, but I can't call it exceptional or exceptional. I had them clean my condo about 4 different times. They were reliable and dependable. I had no reservations about them being in my home while I was not there. My frustrations came from a recurring pattern of missing details. For example: they left the door to my cat's litter box closed & he had an accident as a result. Several times surfaces like the mirrors & glass cooktop were streaky. They "organize" while they clean, but this often resulted in things being put in different places that were not logical to where they started. Dust on the bathroom light fixtures and top of the toilet tanks were never wiped down. I could potentially overlook these details but not for the cost. A team of two would be at my house for less than 90 minutes for a cost of $180. I would recommend them if you're not as concerned with these kinds of details. read more

Short version: Can easily recommend/refer the RENEW Cleanup business. Longer version: - I had an accident resulting my having very limited mobility for a few months. - Without a cleaning service, I would have to spend my recovery time in a rehabilitation center - something I'd prefer to avoid! - I had some initial clarification questions for RENEW Cleanup, which were quickly responded to. - After comparing information and deciding, through the RENEW Cleanup website I was able to easily set up a routine/weekly schedule, that both met my needs and budget. - There's plenty of (phone texting) communication - notification of upcoming appointments, notification of arrival, opportunity to change or modify an appointment all for which I'm grateful.
