I was getting a bit better the first week with 4 treatments he had suggested. I asked a few questions in his open area where he was adjusting me and he seemed annoyed, I was just curious that's all. The next week on my first visit, he really adjusted my neck strongly. I felt dizzy, like I was going to pass out. The voices in the room seemed distant and I was really frighten. He just left me there, and I was so scared. I thought he would help or call for help, but he didn't. I did eventually (20min) get up and I expressed my concern and he just walked away as if he didn't hear me. I will never go back again and I told my family doctor about it.

Got those several times before, but nowhere near of this severity. Totally brutal. By the time I got to the car I thought my head will explode. All the symptoms I had before I even visited his practice are back: headache, sensitivity to sound and light, tremendous pressure in the eyes, temples, ears ringing, top of the brain and the base feel absolutely raw. Debilitating feeling. Yesterday, I was perfect going in. Got out a wreck. Spent whole night with cold packs on my head, so my brain does not burn up. Went back in today to express my outrage, disappointment, objections and get my money back. His answer was "..there is a fine line..." between hurting and helping. I said, that this was not a fine line he crossed. His head twisting was vicious, unlike previous times. How is this appropriate for concussion symptoms? What is the difference between a blow to the head and brutal twist one way, and then another, I asked? ..."like I was saying there is a fine line..." Next argument was "...you know when you exercise you are in pain that day..." This is not a muscle we are talking about here, but my brain, I replied. The last jewel was "lets test you" you may be better, you are judging your progress by symptoms. I replied that I came because of the symptoms, and they are worse now than when I came in, so there is no test that will convince me otherwise. So there are two choices: 1) After 35 years of practice and "many head injury patients" Dr Turner still does not know what he is doing. 2) My progress was good, so he decided to string me along by re-injuring me. The staff is professional and friendly. I would recommend this place to people looking for good physiotherapist and treatment. It's advisable to book your appointments early as they are busy!
