It was a Perigold fabric and they didn't mention forseeing any problems with it when I dropped the chairs off. They said they had been in business, I believe, 30 years. I am surprised that they even allowed these chairs to leave the premises but I guess they would try to pass them off on me if I would accept them. I said I would like my money back-the amount I paid to have them uphols and the cost of my fabric. This is when it got ugly and Emily, who runs the office, used the "F" word while speaking to me. I told her how unprofessional that was and all I was asking was for them to "make me whole financially". Not only do they recover furniture but they also custom make furniture. One tip about dining room chairs - if your seats unscrew and you only want to take the seat portion down to them, be sure and number the seat and the chair. I did not realize each seat is different. I had trouble getting a couple of them screwed back in so I took them back to Flaminio and he fixed them both within five minutes. I highly recommend them.
