They started the escavation and then half way through started trying to extort more money out of me. It was at that point that I made a decision to rid them from my property and accept the loss and damages. With my house now exposed to the elements and in imminent danger of collasping. I needed to find a reputable company fast. I called Structional Engineering and Design and spoke with Michael. He came out the same day to survey the area that had been partially dug out by the scammers. Due to the urgency, Michael got me on his schedule and started the work the following week. When you are going through a devastating and life-changing time. You need a compassionate and meticulous group of individuals working for you to restore your home. You can rely on Michael for prompt assistance. Michael and his team worked from early morning into the nighttime hours completing the escavation and underpinning. It was a big job and a lot of hard work. All of the guys were professional, hardworking and did a wonderful job restoring my deck after the escavation. After the owner of the plumbing company came out and fixed what he needed to quickly and at a very reasonable price the worker from Arid came out to view the final phase of my problem. Patrick (the owner) gave me an appointment for his workers to install a sump pump. The first pictures are of the check valve portion of the project. The second picture is an extension installed by Mazzone to my check valve two feet below my basement floor. The third set of pictures are from the completed job by Arid. The workers from Arid were very polite and worked quickly and very effectively with a great deal of carefulness for my home and living spaces. I completely recommend both these companies for any waterproofing projects you may find that you need.
