She was very dismissive and treated us terribly. She seemed more Interested in laughing and joking around with the student then listening to my concerns and treating my child. She gave us some "new and experimental " cream which only made things worse and then told us she didn't know how to help us. Overall terrible experience. I would never trust her with anything skin related. My son and I ended up going to sick kids to get help on our own.
