When I called to do so, they confirmed an appointment time that I never requested, which was odd because I would never have scheduled at that time. I rescheduled and called two weeks in advance to confirm my appointment. They confirmed it, but when I arrived, I was told that my appointment was actually the day before. When I asked for clarification, they questioned who had confirmed it, even though they do not send email confirmations. Overall, the scheduling and communication are extremely disorganized. We showed the lady in the front and she switched it for a new one which is good for my mom. However, I bought this three step skin care and I realized too late that the pump for the moisturizer was broken. Im posting this now because I want to get my face looked at again and I remembered this place but decided to look at another. The ladies are all nice, I just didn't get lucky I guess.

They have a bunch of services there but nobody at front desk so it can get confusing on where to go. Fear not- walk through the door directly facing you as soon as you go into unit 3. Roman is very welcoming and thorough with the whole explanation of why it helps, how it helps and the reasons behind the whole process. He adjusts the procedure to every person- I only went to -165 (k I get cold in the summer) while my boyfriend got down to -195. You're given shoes and gloves + he talks to you through the entire process to give you instructions on what to do (keep breathing, shoulders up, hands up etc) as he analyzes how well your body is adapting to the cold. Generally felt no anxiety through this and very relaxed with full trust in him. As soon as I exited, I felt rejuvenation and my tight back instantly felt looser with more mobility. I had a spike in energy and just felt better within. They have session packages $500 for 10 sessions and it gets cheaper as you buy more- $50 a sesh is definitely worth; as someone who's a heavy power lifter with gym sessions 6-8 times a week, this is definitely a great side to add to training - health and wellness is more important than anything so I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who's tired, has inflammation issues, tense etc. Definitely contact them, or give them a insta follow @cryotherapy_toronto to check it out. They initially let one of my referrals time-out without notifying me or my doctor until I followed up with them after an abnormally long wait without having heard anything. They told me at that time that I was no longer in line to wait for an appointment and would need to start from scratch. So for that issue I've just had to go without healthcare attention for quite a long time because of the office's mistake. They were not courteous or apologetic about the problem on the phone. Separate to that, I did get an appointment with another of their doctors under another referral (this doctor didn't treat the first issue which is why there were separate referrals); and at that appointment while checking in the desk staff were rude and short with me and I also overheard them gossiping negatively about patients while I was sitting waiting for my appointment. Incredibly unprofessional behaviour overall that has left me with a negative impression of the service at the office. It's a shame because even though the doctor seemed to be really good, the interactions I've had with the staff are bad enough that I'll still have to seek out alternative care options.

I've been to see other derms and let me tell you, if the staff at the front aren't happy, there must be something wrong at that clinic. I may consider getting my botox done by him!
