While looking at our roof Keith noticed that our dryer had the incorrect ventilation cap. He showed us where lint was collecting & how it was a potential fire hazard. He also pointed out some minor hail damage to some vents which he didn't feel needed to be fixed or replaced. We were provided pictures & a video of the work while it was being done & then completed. We contacted TGS and they came out, gave us a quote, and once we had the stain approved by the HOA they got to work! They power washed the fence first to remove the old stain and gave it 2 days to properly dry out. Then they came back and applied the stain very evenly. Highly recommend for a quality and timely job at a fair price!!
