I came to ReNew You on a Saturday afternoon for laser hair removal with Kate. It was super easy to make the appointment. I texted the business number and was able to arrange a day and time that worked best for me. The building was easy to find and there is plenty of parking. The business is on the third floor in a suite that is tucked away for privacy. Kate was very thorough explaining what I should expect during and after the process. Laser hair removal is painful, there is no way around that.... but Kate was very patient and tried her best to make me comfortable throughout the process. I would definitely recommend ReNew You. If you need other services besides laser hair removal, they offer many other services that are listed on the site. I appreciate their transparency with listing their prices, most of these types of businesses don't list their pricing as clearly and want you to come in and waste your time with the run around of "pricing varies". Tori did an excellent job with my lip filler and I will definitely be returning to ReNew You. She was kind, easy to talk to, and listened to my request to keep my lips looking natural. When I decided I wanted to come back for some additional volume, she bent over backwards to fit me in her schedule, which I very much appreciated. Lousy service. They female there does not serve Genders other than females! I called and keepers getting hung up because the female refused to see or schedule any appointment because of my gender. How can you be licensee in Maryland as any professional and discriminating against a gender!! This place needs to be closed down. Nurse Tori was extremely knowledgeable about the muscles and structure of the face. She was blatantly honest with me and provided a lot of information that helped me reach an educated decision about what I wanted. Renew You is an absolute gem. I am so grateful I found (i.e. was referred by my best buddy) the spa. Tori has done absolute wonders for my features and I am a completely devoted fan: I will not be going anywhere else. Prior to being referred to ReNew you I saw one of the top dermatologists in Chevy Chase. She was great, but Tori is far better and far more cost effective. I started off last year with Botox. Looks absolutely great. Tori is absolutely meticulous and worked hard to achieve the results I wanted. Later on I went for just a little juvederm filler for those pesky nasal/facial wrinkles. Just a little filler and Tori's superb touch took years off my face. (One of those things where people know you look better, but can't tell why?). Last week I took the plunge and got the Silhouette InstaLift with Tori. OMG!!! I can't adequately describe the transformation. I am 58 and am frequently mistaken for 10 years younger (thanks Tori!), but the one place I couldn't fix is the same problem that almost all women my age have - the sagging jawline. So depressing, but I am not ready for the risks of a facelift. The Silhouette InstaLift is utterly incredibly. I could see the results immediately and they have only improved over the last week. Looking in the mirror no longer distresses me with the sagging jowls and chin.
