My post surgery follow up with FPS was upsetting. Firstly, I was unable to sit due to stitches between my legs and a Doctor order. Yet i was in the waiting room there for 30 minutes, at the least. MISERABLE! I sat on my opposite hip and just shuffled and stood up as needed while in a waiting room full of patients with puffed lips and lines soon to be erased, so excited. I was not excited. I was in 9/10 pain. Finally, I called back and examined. RELIEF! I was free to be driven home, with a 30 minute ride while only reclining. Reclining is not flat! Going around corners and hitting bumps were awful but I had a flat lie in my sights. Secondly, at the end of my subsequent, two week visit, I was told to sit outside someone's office and wait for her to get off the phone. Again, sitting was painful VERY! When she found time for me, I was called to her office, open door, all front office staff could hear, and asked for a payment. They will remember my upset outburst while crying. FPS hadn't even filed ins yet.. It had only been two weeks. I was still laying every day and eating while standing. (No sitting, no bending, Dr order). Miserable every day. Using stinging salt water rinse to ease the sting of peeing. Always using a mirror to watching for infection. And they were asking me to pay? I couldn't even think. So to Forsyth Plastic Surgery, i didn't hire you, my oncologist did. Next time you need to have compassion. You were awful to me. You need to recognize your elective vs medically necessary patients. I did't ask for or want your services. But I wanted to live. I cringed every time I walked through your doors. I hope none of you ever have to experience my path. If so, I hope your provider and staff have compassion. My Oncology and Radiology staff from a different practice, were EXCELLENT!

The surgeon gifted me 3-4 treatments at the Vista to aid with the sagging around my knee area. The esthetician "Gina" was not happy that the surgeon did this, and let me know that "it was not going to help, and you would have to keep doing this all the time". She made me feel completely uncomfortable and made me feel that I was getting a procedure that I didn't deserve. Even though in total have spent over $25K at this center. I planned on being a customer for life, but after this incident, I will never return, nor refer this place to anyone I know.

I went to one appointment late (10 mins late), that was due to my tight work schedule they denied and I was sent back. I got rescheduled and I apologised to the aesthetician. I had laser hair removal scheduled in December first week and they had rescheduled for about one and half months later which was 31 January 2025 and I accepted, however today ( 31 Jan 25) I wasn't able to go since I wasn't well. I had two more scheduled appointments for February too. Below was their DM to me "(My name)....We are sorry to inform you that due to multiple missed and canceled appointments we will be unable to schedule you for any additional future appointments." I could've agreed for "deposit" on subsequent appointments and not denial for future appointments. This shows that they won't show any regard for clients who have paid them for services, and they don't realise that everyone has personal exigencies. I don't regret missing the appointment at all, and that was impolite of them. Because of the possibility of rudeness, I would not suggest this service.

When I woke up from the surgery, that was never done. I had to ask later on in a check in appointment and it's still not clear to me why that changed. #4: When Dr. Tucker was showing me examples of previous jobs he's done, he pointed to a previous patient and said "I could've probably done a better job and removed a lot more." #5: The check-ups are pointless. You come in and he asks how you are feeling. That's all. No looking up your nose or thoroughly examining it. Oh, and Dr. Tucker would avoid brining up that I was not happy with the first surgery in the first few check ups. #6: It's been over a year since the second surgery and I am not completely happy with the results for around $8,000. I pick my nose everyday because of dried nasal mucus constantly getting stuck and making breathing uncomfortable. When I go to sleep, one side/ hole of my nose gets blocked, and when I get sick, forget it it's a nightmare. #7: They didn't care that I never made my next check up appointment because I told them I wasn't going to make it, I still had future appointments and they didn't bother to check up. I was offered a free facial for leaving a 5-star review, which made me question how some reviews are obtained on Google. After the surgery I saw Dr. Howell one time in the office and never again. I saw the nurse who did the tatoos. It was too late, and I had been through too much, to voice my displeasure with the whole experience. I would not recommend Salem Plastic Surgery or I would at least investigate other surgeons in the area, especially a female surgeon who would listen and knows what a breast is supposed to look like and knows what somewhat larger actually means.....not smaller.

The…read moreDoctor for the spa lived in another state when I was there so they sell you procedures that involve machines for the most part. And the machines do not do what they are advertised to do. Even the Doctor told me a procedure I got 3 times had to be done 6 or more. I wanted filler and Botox as I was not a candidate for Threads or so they said. They told me that what they had planned for me would do more. It did nothing. When I told the owner that I had not gotten what I had asked for she agreed that I could get it for another $600. I was gifted the treatment as I'm on social security and couldn't afford them but I had lost a bunch of weight and this was to make me feel better about myself since it greatly affected my face. With the creams they sold me, it ended up being around $6000. That's half a year of social security for me so there was no way that I could have paid for it or paid any more to get it right. The filler left me with lumps and there was so little Botox that it didn't do much and filler should have been used instead in that area. Just imagine knowing you're getting this generous gift so you might actually feel better about yourself after doing so much to improve yourself already but ending up with no money and almost no results. If they had just involved the doctor and gave me what I originally asked for, I think I could have been happy. If you go there and get the needle piercing you need at least 6 treatments. Do not use the machine that is supposed to pull your facial muscles tighter if you're older like me (64) and honestly I wouldn't use it at all. I never got a massage or anything else. I did not lose my weight through them either. I'm honestly still heartbroken about it and know I'm never be able to afford anything somewhere else. The owner seemed sympathetic but only because I was willing to pay a little more in my opinion. I liked everyone there but the owner especially is one of the best salespeople I've ever dealt with. To spend $5500 and still have to pay another $600 to get any result at all was just unkind to someone that had really worked hard to look better and just wanted to fix whatever I could on my face because of the extra wrinkles that now show because of the weightloss. Because the sales pitch is so believable but my results didn't exist, I have to worn anyone and everyone not to go there. Unless you just really like throwing away money. Since nothing I wanted was done in spite of my asking for it specifically, I trusted them to have even better results with their recommendation. What it came down to was simply them wanting to do procedures that didn't involve the doctor because they make so much more money on those. The one machine is just turned on and you lay there so they aren't paying anyone at all to help you. I do not normally leave reviews and it's taken me around 2 years or so to leave this one but after seeing their Yelp score, I just thought I needed to warn people so they don't end up like me. I could have had a nice vacation with that money. I haven't had one in years. But I mostly just got taken advantage of.
