So our house had an extension built on by someone's cousin who may have seen a Youtube video on it once, and now we're dealing with a whole slew of issues that need addressing. They have a lot of projects lined up, so they have a bit of a waiting list, but we were able to have our issues inspected and we're getting an estimate soon on the repairs. Absolutely thrilled with the customer service. Darri Washburn has been just a breath of fresh air. Their owner is also their bookkeeper. I will amend this if they fix my home. The owner once told me that I would be in court so fast if i left a bad review so just know off the bat, these are the kind of people you will be dealing with. The owner also baselessly called me racist because I am trying to get the mold problem he created fixed. And pay attention to the "reviews" they have on here, somehow they appear all at once from people with no prior reviews. Hiring them is the biggest regret of my life. Remodel group has caused so much damage to my home, they have flooded my house, not once, not twice, not three times, but four times. they have never kept a schedule they have given me and the owners are some of the least responsive and unprofessional people i have ever met. We are now almost two years into a project they thought would take 6 months. Their contract stated they would leave the site clean everyday, they have cleaned it maybe twice in the past year. They left nails in my neighbors driveway and broke my other neighbors mailbox and it took months for them to make it right. They had a habit of leaving human waste in my toilet and not flushing it. they built a floor through a window and left a chimney to nowhere on the side of my house and then said "only your neighbor will see it". The plans called for an request for information if design conflicted and they never once did that and did not even know what an RFI is. They lie on their invoices and double charged me for things and cannot explain simple receipts. They tried charging me $2600 to hang two doors so you have to watch every single invoice they send or you will lose so much money. They had me paying receipts that werent even mine and charged me multiple times for things I had already paid for. Hiring them has truly been the biggest regret of my life. They are still fixing their mistakes and cannot give me an end date. The owners refuse to meet me at my home and have seemingly checked out and the subs do not know what is happening. They put the inside of my home on their instagram account and i asked them to remove it and they refused and then they blocked me. The project manager Mike and the decking crew led by Lupe that rebuilt and extended our deck did a great job. They need to improve the communication between the sales side and the project manager. I would suggest a meeting with the construction manager, project manager and the home owner to make sure all are the same page right up front. The project was done in a week, including the Saturday before Memorial Day to make our deck usable. I would recommend them for a new or rebuilt deck.
