The issue was clearly identified: six pickets (three on each side) needed to be replaced. "Simple job". However, after being told the work was "completed," I returned to find the repairs were either poorly done or not properly completed at all. He used ELECTRIC TAPE to hold the six new pickets in place, huge bolts leaving my fence compromised and installed a warped hinge for the arm to pull on. The workmanship was sloppy, rushed, and unacceptable. The pickets were not installed correctly, and the overall finish looked careless and unprofessional. It honestly raised serious concerns about the quality of anything this company touches. What's the purpose of using electric tape to hold a metal picket in place - while calling yourself and your so-called hobby something professional? What made matters worse was the complete lack of accountability. Instead of taking ownership and correcting the issues properly, the situation turned into a frustrating back-and-forth that wasted my time. I paid for a repair and instead received more damage to my gate. At this point, I am reviewing quotes from actual professionals not through Thumbtack! Save yourself the headache and avoid this company altogether. Not worth one penny! UPDATE: Deidre has since reached out offering a refund if I remove my review. Neighbors had started commenting on the fence, so I needed repairs done ASAP. This company responded immediately and said they could come out the very next morning. They worked around my schedule and provided a fair estimate upfront. When I asked how soon the work could be completed, they recognized the urgency and committed to getting me taken care of right away--even coming out on a Saturday. The fence looks great. Since it needs to be stained again, they also provided a very fair quote for pressure washing and staining, and we scheduled the work. Solid company, solid employees, and fair pricing. Ronald and his wife run this company; they drove over to my condo to give me a quote the same day I called. They gave me an extremely fair quote- based on their assessment of the work needed. This was a challenging job and it took just 3 days to have smooth gorgeous ceilings. The ceilings were scraped, sanded, patched, primed and painted (2 coats). It was truly incredible how efficient, experienced, and talented they are. Everyday all the furniture and walls were taped, masked, prepped to protect all my belongings/furniture. Ronald came by once the work was complete to make sure I was happy with the outcome. They have 'specialists' dedicated to different kinds of job. I ended up hiring them again to rip up my carpet and install LVP and they sent over their flooring specialist. I decided to remove the carpet myself as I was on a tight budget and they are more than happy to work with you based on your needs. I am so pleased to have found someone in Atlanta that does high quality work at a fair price. I called 5 companies for my ceilings and had 4 other companies come quote my flooring install. They were truly the most responsive, fair priced, and genuine. I will be hiring them for a full renovation of my master bathroom and I highly recommend this company for any renovation/install you are looking for.
