After several messages and emails explaining what had happened, they would not reship my order to correct address. Although I checked with previous address (apartment complex) the package was not found. After repeatedly asking for their assistance and making this error right, they refused to answer me and told me to file a claim with the post office. The post office will not accept the claim as the tracking number shows it was delivered. I would not give this company any business, customer is service is poor at best, and now I am out $47.00.
