Apparently the house had already been been technically sold and we were merely a back up offer in case financing for the original buyer didn't go through. We didn't learn that for several weeks. Based on a friend's referral we contacted Diane. What a completely different experience from the other realtors. Like night and day. Diane helped us narrow our home selection by asking the right questions and understanding our needs. We searched for several months and Diane remained patient and informative. Even when I became stressed by the process Diane helped talk me through it. Yesterday we closed on our new home. It was the easiest home purchase I have ever had.
