Saud Jabali-Nash gave us a fair quote, promised a two day job, and was the most responsive contractor I have ever worked with. He showed up on time, obtained the appropriate permit, and explained what needed to be done to the installer (Abdul). Abdul worked silently but skillfully. When I mentioned that it was supposed to rain the next day, Abdul said he would start painting today so the job wouldn't drag on for another day. He constantly cleaned up as he went and left the place cleaner (probably) than when he started. I truly can't say enough about their professionalism. Very nice guys. I highly recommend H.E.P. And because the entire street already turned to ice they had to pre salt first to soften it. They also post salted and were sure to not block any driveways. No matter how compacted the snow/ice is, they have the machinery necessary to get it cleared. Snow turning to ice on roads is very dangerous.
