I received four estimates, but only three did site visits. Three of the estimates were over $4,000. My house was built in 1993. I've had the front soft washed and repainted three times since then. Each time the price was a little higher, but no where close to $4,000. Liberty Painting's price was very reasonable and no where near $4,000. We scheduled the work for the following week. Two painters arrived on time. We discussed the scope of work, which included soft washing the wood. They were both very friendly and did excellent work. They cleaned up the work area as promised. The team knew how to work with high end paint and transformed a set of drab, beige, poorly textured, and banged up walls. They sanded the walls to manage the texture, worked expertly with tricky corners, managed complex work with dry wall to address dings and structural oddities. They are not just incredible painters - they are also amazing project managers and partners.
