Were able to repair it and continue work but also keeping an eye on hose needing a clamp. Finished job quickly and brought it back early. Mentioned starter repair and clamp needing replacement, but otherwise were completely satisfied as we got the job done. They insisted on a refund as it was "not a good experience." It was not a bad experience either! Just did not want to be dinged for the repairs. But so impressed that they felt it important that they leave a good impression. Will definitely use them for future equipment needs. Staff were helpful and friendly at both ends of the transaction.
