LOOK ELSEWHERE!! This place scams people. Without conscience. Bought an electric reclining couch…read more(supposedly great brand) and a Stearns & Foster mattress. (supposed to be great also). They delivered the couch model that was on the floor as the display, not a brand new one in shipping and wrapping materials! The mattress cover was sewn on crooked, obviously a second. I contacted Hefner's only a few days after delivery and was told, "if you take it off the truck, you accept the merchandise." WHAT?? As if you know about defects just because it's delivered?? That little kid bit was definitely not explained while sitting forever waiting on possible credit. I called and spoke with an EXTREMELY rude and arrogant manager. You could tell he just loved being able to tell me it was just too bad I was unhappy. He said they don't take returns because they don't sell used furniture. Excuse me? You sold me a used couch and a defective mattress!! These people are major liars, and sheisters. They charge top dollar, have zero customer service, and don't accept returns. On top of that, the owner displays tons of expensive antiques in every nook and cranny in the store. Nothing like showing off wealth gained at the expense of people he rips off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!! I'd give negative stars if I could.
