It's just easier to go to another place for rentals moving forward. Especially when I had to clean all of the tables and chairs before using them. They cleaned the blowup slide at delivery (it was covered with mud) using my water, and I had to run it again, and the cotton candy machine wasn't cleaned out either. I was willing to excuse it because everyone had been so nice--but her behavior just took the cake. Just use another place or another location.

When I called to rent Kayaks for the Maurice River they told me they didn't do that tour anymore, but I could rent at Parvin's and could "just show up" at 10am. I showed up at 10:10 and nobody was there. When I called I was told they didn't operate the Parvin's location (WHY DIDN"T YOU TELL ME THAT THE DAY BEFORE WHEN I CALLED) - I guess so they could push the blame to the new operator. He finally showed up at 11am and did give me a discount for the time I wasted sitting around waiting for him, but it is horribly confusing to look on a website AND call and not get a straight story about when you can show up for rentals.
