Our dishwasher doesn't work and has rust all the way through the racks. They refuse to replace it and are lease states we have working fireplaces. Not true! We have bats living in our chimney! Still have not fixed this. We were also promised fresh paint and new carpets and still haven't gotten them fixed either. We were told the retaining wall in our would be fixed due to a previous flood that before we were moving in and it wasn't properly fixed because we now have flooding in our basement . The pump was also supposed to be fixed and is not. They are horrible. I'm done with them and now seeking further action

She would not get them to them. I took the initiative to call her as well to explain how urgent this was. Even the day before closing show was dismissing us like we were the ones bothering here. The deal almost didnt close because of a lazy management company. I made calls to try to find someone else in their company who would help. Arielle F. was the only one there who cared and was very helpful. The manager of Angela, Terry H., also dismissed the urgent situation as nothing. He did not show concern and did ask for more information to remedy the situation. Angela should be fired, I've never dealt with such a rude person in my life. Avoid this company!!!

I have repeatedly contacted the Hunt Management office to request a refund for an additional Gate…read morekey I received on February 24, 2026. Two keys were distributed to the owners last summer, but I informed them that I only required one key. I am in the process of selling my unit and require the extra key for a Lock Box on the Gate. I signed a form last summer confirming my receipt of one key, but the office has been unable to produce the form after multiple attempts via email and voicemail. They initially quoted me $30 for the additional key, but subsequently charged my account $40 for the key I received. I've also asked if I can return the extra Key once for a refund, and yet to receive a reply. Despite my inquiry regarding the form I signed, I have not received any response. Their communication has been inadequate, and they have unjustly charged me $40 for a Gate key. I kindly request a refund, Thank you, Randy

Had the unfortunate 'pleasure' of meeting the president, Jim Sileno, at the Mequon Parade of Homes…read more When inquiring about the pricing of the home, my mother and I were treated very rudely and then completely ignored. I guess the football game on TV was more important. When we called him out on it, Mr. Sileno told us to "Go back to our trailer park, you trailer trash". We were flabbergasted. When my mother went to get his business card to get his name, he snapped. He ran over, grabbed her shirt and then shoved her and tried to get the business cards back. When my mother said that if he continued to assault her she would call 911, he yelled at us saying, "Good! Call 911! I'm going to call 911!" and that "We wouldn't get anywhere with the police because we weren't from Mequon." (and how would he even know if we were from Mequon or not?) Not to mention he brought up that we were "trailer trash" again and other degrading things. He was such a pompous jerk and apparently if we're "not from Mequon", we're not good enough for his business. After continued harassment we called the police. I hope he had fun speaking with them. The most unprofessional president of a company I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. It almost felt like we were on candid camera. Definitely do NOT do business with this rude, judgmental, and entitled person.
