From the beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent. It was difficult to get clear responses, and there was no proactive follow-up regarding my scheduled appointment. The most frustrating part was that I drove an hour for the appointment, only for Randy Beach to completely no-show. There was no phone call, text, or email to cancel or reschedule -- just silence. Even more concerning was the lack of accountability afterward. I did not receive any follow-up or explanation. When a business owner fails to show up without notice and makes no effort to make it right, it demonstrates a serious disregard for a customer's time and trust. I understand that emergencies and scheduling conflicts can happen. However, basic communication and professionalism should not be optional. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here.
