He cleaned up all his drywall mess and re labeled the new panel. He used the same panel everyone else quoted so he didn't use cheaper materials. He had power back on to the A/C in about 3 hrs then restored the rest of the house. We really appreciated his efforts with a new baby in the house and the house didn't get too uncomfortable. They have serviced this system at least 10 times for a multitude of problems of there own making. Wrong ducting to the rooms at each end of house (ie) 4 bedrooms. Hardly any air movement what so ever. We paid for 8 " ducts but got 6". The latest is it keeps popping a 5 amp fuse in the system, so they said the thermostat wire needed to be replaced ( which was supposed to be done at install of a COMPLETE install. My house is subfloor , wire is about 35' easy to do and they want 600 dollars. I'm done with Cunningham. PAY HEED

What a mistake! He was condescending, arrogant, rude and apparently unknowledgeable. I live in an older mobile home with an old, inadequate, extremely expensive to run, package unit and seeking to install a mini split system, which I conveyed to Jeff. He referred to my home as a "tin can" and stated I probably wouldn't even see a $10 drop in electrical costs by switching to a mini split. I stated I had been researching for more efficient options which he negated. He almost laughed and told me that switching to an off brand $400 mini split was a mistake. I stated that I was only researching the better brands and he almost laughed again. He also stated I would have to pay about $1500 more for an electrician for whatever he installed, since he wasn't licensed. He laughing told me to keep researching. Apparently, he doesn't need the business.
