Radiant Energy Solar installs multiple solar brands and system configurations, and after doing over a year of deep research, I personally chose them and the EG4 system--I couldn't be happier with that decision. While I'm clearly biased toward EG4 at this point, it's because the performance, expandability, and overall value are hard to beat. It was EG4 that actually recommended Radiant Energy Solar as a top tier and trusted installer, in the state of Florida, which made me feel a lot more comfortable considering the amount of money that exchange hands. The system they installed is a true five-star setup--it looks as good as it functions. The workmanship is extremely clean, everything is perfectly aligned, and when the job was finished, the area was completely cleaned up. You honestly wouldn't know a major install had just taken place. The EG4 system itself is state-of-the-art, delivering incredible power and flexibility at roughly one-third the cost of many competing systems. The amount of energy I'm generating is simply awesome--and if I ever decide to go fully off-grid, it's essentially just the flick of a switch. Instead of them making a trip out to me (I live in Seffner so it have been a 90 minute drive for them) they helped me by providing the company I needed to talk to about my needing a new, up to date, monito. My monitor system was obsolete and working at all like it should, so I couldn't do a remote evaluation. They saved me $300 by taking the time to assist me instead of charging me. These guys are scammers, and unfortunately, I fell for it…read more A guy named Rico called to tell me that there was a problem with my system and that, if not addressed urgently, this would cancel my warranty. I thought that this was a bit odd, because my app told me the system was fine. Still, since it might need fixing, I agreed to a technician coming to my home. A full inspection, repair and panel cleaning were promised by Rico. When the technician came, after a 5-10 minute visit to the roof, the technician told my wife that nothing was wrong, and that only a single panel needed cleaning, so he knocked some leaves off with his foot. For this, I was charged $1260. This is pretty sad. When the solar was installed several years ago, the company was professional and competent. Not any more. Avoid these people like the plague.
