I thought that this was a bit odd, because my app told me the system was fine. Still, since it might need fixing, I agreed to a technician coming to my home. A full inspection, repair and panel cleaning were promised by Rico. When the technician came, after a 5-10 minute visit to the roof, the technician told my wife that nothing was wrong, and that only a single panel needed cleaning, so he knocked some leaves off with his foot. For this, I was charged $1260. This is pretty sad. When the solar was installed several years ago, the company was professional and competent. Not any more. Avoid these people like the plague.
