This is kind of an unusual review, as I didn't actually have work done at Speidell. This more a…read moretestament about simple integrity and straightforwardness in business, which is becoming rarer and rarer as our civilization tumbles downhill. I'm from out of town, visiting my folks here. I took my 2015 Mustang to Speidell because I had a bunch of little scratches all over the car and I wanted a paint estimate. They told me straight away that the cost of painting it would be a lot, and, given the car's age and mileage, they asked if I'd be interested in other options, which I was. Then they recommended I take the car to Ming's and see what they could do about buffing some of the scratches out and then, if that didn't do the trick, considering some paint options. I did this and Ming's did a great job. But I just can't thank Speidell enough for pointing me their way and quickly grasping the situation and helping an out-of-towner. They could easily have tried to sell me thousands of bucks of paint work from them, but they gave me an honest appraisal of the work and the cost, and I just really appreciated how I was treated.

You can also call to book. When looking for interior detailing around the Lincoln area, it's hard to find places that don't charge $300 to $600 for a full interior cleaning. I drive a four door mid-size sedan so bigger vehicles may be more expensive but I found the pricing to be very good. As for the work done on my vehicle, I generally keep my car pretty clean but had owned if for five years and this was it's first detail. I'm very satisfied. Everything is clean. Everything looks amazing. Everything smells good. The interior looks as good as the day it was driven off the dealer lot. The gentleman who I talked with was very nice and friendly. Top notch service. I would give this experience six or even ten stars if I could. As long as I live in the Omaha/Lincoln area, I will be using MC Auto Detailing for all of my detailing needs.

I called and got a wonderful reception and offer to get a diagnosis and if the repairs are done in shop, the diagnostic fee is included in repairs. They were very friendly very communicative, seemed very honest and interested in making sure that you had a great experience. I was able to hang out in the shop office while they looked at my car and tried to figure out what was going on. It was a very nice experience, a lot different than a lot of other mechanics that I've visited in my lifetime. I would definitely recommend you visit their shop or at least give them a call and see what they might be able to help you with. Very happy and will come back again soon.
