I am one of those persons who treats their car as if it's their baby. This is the car I had wanted since high school so you can imagine the direction my evening took, when a very unwelcome critter opted to cross the interstate, late at night, in the dark, right in front of me. I took inventory of the damage at the next exit and had not expected the level of damage my car actually sustained. At that moment, I assumed my car would never look the same again, since body work on that particular make and model had proven more complicated than most, in my past experiences. I spoke with the owner, Todd who encouraged me to stop by the shop anytime and he would have one of his estimators take a look. His estimator, Cory was incredible! Friendly, thorough, efficient and more. As a result of taking my car to Speidell, working with my insurance company was easier than I anticipated, getting the appointment for my car was easier than I anticipated and obtaining my rental car was easier than I anticipated. The friendly folks at Speidell kept me up to date on the progress with the repair and gave me a realistic date of completion, when I could conveniently pick up my car. It was a cold, windy day when I went to pick it up. I pulled into the lot, and there it was, parked by the front door, sparkling clean inside and out, all warmed up and ready to go home. Great Body Shop! As the owner of an auto and truck repair shop I sometimes have the need to send a customer's vehicle to a body shop for repairs beyond our range of services. I have dealt with many body shops and Speidells is by far the best I've done business with. They make the whole process so easy and their work is impeccable. The whole car actually comes back cleaner than when we brought it to them! They do a great job of matching custom and rare colors as well as coming to us for any glass repairs. We have also have used them to restore dull and faded looking headlamps. I had my new truck for 6 months when I hit a campsite post while backing my 5th wheel trailer into a campsite.
