First & foremost, my overall experience with NTH has been a good one. I have enjoyed the process so far and do believe that at the end of it I will be moving into a quality home that I am proud of. Unfortunately I am discovering how frustrating the process can become when issues arise. I also believe that the issues I am having are easy to resolve, however, NTH is unwilling to listen to my concerns and has a tendency to ignore customers in distress. I am extremely disappointed to have to write this but do hope that I can offer some feedback to the NTH management that will help them satisfy future customers more completely. Briefly, the issue that I am having is that I would like to change a kitchen window to a sliding glass door. After going over the blueprints of my house, I realized that this would be a smart and efficient decision based on the way the house sits on the lot and was mad at myself for not having thought of the idea sooner. I had already had my pre-construction meeting, however construction on the house had barely started so I brought my idea to NTH with the hope that they could accommodate me. They told me no. I want to really focus my statement on the way in which NTH has handled my request in the past week. I am aware that I requested to have this change made after the pre-construction meeting and have repeatedly admitted that I know this is inconvenient. But I was encouraged to approach NTH based on their own mission statements: "From the very beginning, we have been dedicated to personalized service and customer satisfaction. We recognize the flexibility needed to meet the ever-changing needs of our homebuyers..." I was positive that they would try to accommodate my request, after all, framing had not even started on my house. Ground had barely been broken on my lot. At first, I understood NTH's initial response of "no." It was the reason behind the no that upset me. I was told that at this stage in the process they simply could not make a change like that. I pressed for clarification. I continued to ask "why not?" After all, it was only changing a window to a slider door. It seemed easy to me, a simple change order. NTH offered only excuses: too much time, too much money, would need new permits (after investigation I discovered that the City of Pasco would not require any new permits for the change I was requesting), and finally, they just simply said they could not do this for me, even though I repeatedly told them I was not concerned with a delay in construction or extra costs. It is with disappointment that I write that through this experience I have formulated an opinion about NTH that is in direct contrast with their mission statement: "...providing a positive homebuilding experience, EXCEEDING CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS and contributing to our community." NTH did not strive to accommodate my request and could not offer any valid reason as to why they could not. Neither time or money were an issue for me but I believe now that it very well could be for NTH. I offered solutions but NTH continued to come up with problems. Not only that, when I eagerly sought to express my frustrations to management, I was avoided. "What makes New Tradition Homes unique is that we truly allow you to customize your floor plan and selections, and we're here to help you EVERY STEP OF THE WAY... you will be able to move into a space you love that is exactly how YOU want it!" Let me remind NTH of their vision for building homes and helping people's dreams come true. Let me express to them my sincere desire to give them my highest recommendation when this process is over. Let me ask them, once again, to resolve this issue in a way that leaves me satisfied as a customer and happy with my forever home.

On the Friday they called, a contractor had pushed a job out and they offered to start the following Tuesday (just over 1 week from the show). We immediately agreed (we're retired and had nothing going on that week). On the Monday morning they had a residential job postponed at the last minute by the homeowner so we said great, come on down!! I moved the motorhome and they did all the prep (sod and old curb removal, leveling, forms, crushed rock base, etc. on Monday - and it's a really weird shape! Tuesday they poured and stamped the concrete including placing the support tube for our new umbrella. Wednesday morning they finished it - stained and sealed!! They are not satisfied by the "joints" between the "flagstones" produced by the stamps and grind them all out by hand to define them better. Could hardly believe it!! They really take pride in their work. Absolutely fabulous job!! Great guys, all of them. Friendly, enthusiastic and very professional. They show up promptly when they say they will. The patio is gorgeous. He painstakingly measured it afterwards to calculate the actual square footage to charge us only for the actual amount (weird shape to quote on like I said). Their price is was very reasonable and per sq ft all inclusive. These guys are THE best. They even fitted in a small ad hoc job widening the driveway for our neighbor while they were here. We are awaiting the final bill so we can pay them as promptly as they did our job. Next year we plan to have them back to refinish our larger existing patio to match. (H&G show got a little spendy this year!!) I would recommend All Seasons Contractors LLC. Pasco to anyone in a heartbeat.

Very pleased with the work done by Ben and Project Pros in repairing/replacing our master bathtub…read more I had contacted a few other contractors and businesses, and Project Pros impressed me the most as he was able to get us exactly what we wanted (a custom sized wide tub that other businesses said they could not do) on a faster timeline (days rather than weeks/months) than the others, and the bid still came in at the lowest price even when water damage and plumbing repair was needed. While working on the bathroom, they were quick, professional, and cleaned up well after the project was done, and the finished product looks great. I am already planning to come back to Project Pros for help on my next home project.

A few years ago, I had Palmers do a 50-year roof on my home. Great material, good bid, but some…read moreinstallation issues - the jibber-jabber crew paid more attention to the mariachi noise coming out of their boom box than the quality of their work. The ridge vent, which was not needed, was cut free-hand rather than striking a line to follow, consequently the opening was cut too wide in places, which meant the staples on some of the capping pieces didn't have anything but air to go into and so some didn't form to the roofline. On the bright side, when I called Palmers about this, it was immediately addressed with adhesive between the caps, but this shouldn't have been necessary, and the staples are still in nothing but air. Also, the crew removed some facia pieces and didn't replace them - I did. So, from my experience, I would say that Palmers is a good contractor but should train their crews better - just because something is out of sight doesn't mean it's not important to do a good and correct job.

Shameful for a firm with the self professed excellence they try to convey. just a better construction crook then the others. will never use or refer this from to anyone. Bad business practices.
