From the very beginning, the office had a warm, inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel comfortable. The doctors and staff have consistently been on point with everything they've told me, and I've always felt like I'm in capable hands, unlike other doctors whom I will not name. What really stands out is the attitude of the people who work there. They don't seem to carry ill feelings toward anyone, no matter how difficult a situation or patient might be. There's a level of patience and professionalism that you don't always see in medical offices, and it makes a huge difference. Another thing I appreciate is that they never push me into anything I don't want to do or have done. At the same time, they also won't simply agree to something just because a patient asks for it. Their decisions clearly come from a place of genuine concern for what's in the patient's best interest rather than money, prestige, or checking boxes.
