There is pretty much always a staff member cleaning at all times, so the overall space is very clean. There is also a studio space in the back of the gym where they offer group classes, but if there are no classes happening you are free to use the space on your own. The pricing is really great for what you get. We've been coming here for years and will continue to do so!

We started with a warm up, moved into footwork drills with partners, and then practiced boxing techniques on the bags. I will say, it would have been nice if they provided boxing gloves hitting the bags barehanded left my hands a little sore. The facilities were clean and well maintained overall, although a lot of the lockers in the locker room were either broken or locked already, which was a downside. On the positive side, I loved the variety the gym offers you can strength train, do jiu jitsu, boxing, and more. Plus, their membership is super flexible with no long-term commitment. They also have a massage station you can earn free sessions for by tagging your workouts (though honestly, I wish a free massage was just included!). They even treated us to free smoothies after the workout, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience so much so that I even considered switching from my regular gym and jiu-jitsu studio to join them! If they had more locations closer to me, it would be a no-brainer.

They are equally dedicated to newcomers as they are to those training for a fight. They are exceptional at what they do - they are professionals and fighters who hold themselves to an extremely high standard. They can be meticulous about technique, and readily share their expertise. They truly want their students to improve. Lastly, they are fun - the classes are fun, the coaches are fun. I almost don't want to write this review because I like that Ive never had to wait for a machine, bench or rack. Less is more. First off, the gym is clean. I see them cleaning all the time. Thats probably the most important thing to me. I don't care if a gym has the latest and greatest equipment if its covered in body fluids and the place smells like ass, Im never going there. The staff at CFC is always available if you have questions. Managers keep everything under control. The personal trainers are friendly and helpful. You can take MMA classes with certified warriors. A UFC legend teaches class here. You can actually train with a bad ass who has gone to war many times in the octagon if thats your objective. They have an extensive selection of equipment for hardcore bodybuilders and regular gym goes. If you can't find at least a few pieces of equipment that you like here, maybe you should look into joining a pilates studio. Dumbbells here go up to at least 150 lbs. That isn't easy to find these days. Finally, they have 24/7 access which is nice for the occasional late night workout. If you can appreciate an older boxing and bodybuilding focused gym with good character, this place is 10/10.

Joining Redzovic Jiu Jitsu 6 months ago has truly changed my life. I was badly out of shape, always…read morewanting to do better - but failing constantly to get started, stay committed, or make real changes. I keep the "free trial class" tab open on my browser for 6 months before coming in - I was nervous I'd be too out of shape, too old to get started, just no good... Then I finally hit a breaking point and decided to just try one. While very very hard and extremely humbling - I was hooked right away. Felt incredibly motivated to get better... the kind of motivation you can only achieve by being repeatedly choked, swept, and submitted by people much smaller than you. Professor Greg and Coach Sandino have provided me consistent encouragement, education, and drive - they are great coaches, and if you are just starting out, their "fundamentals" weekday classes get ton of 1:1 instruction and depth. I've lost weight, improved my fitness levels, and generally feel a much happier and more confident person. Also been able to bring my 6yr old daughter along with me. She loves the kids classes, the hands on attention from the coaches, and learning self defense and discipline. I strongly recommend coming in for a trial class - the gym is welcoming, a great community, with tough competition but support along the way.
