He is irresponsible, unresponsive, and charges accounts without authorization not once, not twice, but three times and literally hides behind his other employees to avoid talking with customers to fix his mistakes. Do not ever go to UFC Honolulu. Drive the extra 20-30 minutes and go to Kailua or Mililani. Waipahu even. UFC Honolulu is the worst (and most expensive) mistake I've ever made.
