Bryan has some of the best workouts and hands down the best music, which makes it slightly easier to forget that your body is on fire. Steve will have you laughing, sweating, and leaving with arms and legs that feel like jelly. Ben will have you wanting to leave after the warm up alone but stick around for the whole work out and you will truly see and feel the results. All the trainers hold you accountable because they know you can do it! The Camp workouts are HARD. There will be days you sit in your car questioning every life choice that brought you there. But once class starts, the energy, the trainers, and the people around you push you to keep going and to do better for yourself! And it is SO worth it. Since starting at The Camp in August 2025, I have successfully lost 50 pounds, and I truly could not have done it without this place. This pattern was broken once I joined Gut Check LA. As others have mentioned, Brad is a master at what he does. The workouts are difficult, no question, but he has an uncanny ability to keep you motivated and make them enjoyable as well. He is also excellent at tailoring the workouts to various needs, ability levels, etc; no matter what your age or fitness level or goals are, this class is for you. I have always been in at least "decent" shape, but now at age 47 I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life and have never enjoyed working out more, and that is 100% due to Gut Check L.A.

I joined one of their challenges, and it completely changed the way I looked at food and nutrition. It taught me how to fuel my body, make healthier choices, and build habits that have stayed with me ever since. Eventually, I moved away and couldn't keep coming, which honestly made me really sad. But about four years ago, I moved back to Chatsworth and immediately rejoined Hardcore. Since then, I can confidently say I'll never go to another gym. One of my favorite things is how simple it is. I come in, the workout is already planned, I give it my all for one hour, and then I can go on with the rest of my day. There's no wasting time trying to figure out what to do. I also love that the focus is on strength training. Not only am I becoming healthier, but I'm getting stronger too. As a woman, I think weightlifting is one of the best things you can do for your health, and Hardcore has helped me build confidence while getting stronger every week. They also offer Fight Camp if you're looking for a fun, cardio-based workout, and it's a great addition to the program. More than anything, what keeps me coming back is the community. Walking into Hardcore feels like seeing family and friends. Everyone is welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely wants to see each other succeed.
