My screen on my phone had a small scratch on it. It was annoying to me so I decided to get it fixed on a recommendation for Repair Geeks. They did a good job on the repair. I did have to wait a while to speak with a technician. They were pretty busy. Also, the repair took a little longer than was quoted, but not a huge issue. The price was fair compared to phone repair places in the mall. They also sell phone accessories at Repair Geeks. So that is a great convenience factor. I do not recommend hiring this business for your electronic needs. I took my tablet to them one day with a very minor repair and they told me that the person that works on tablets was not in until 2pm. It was around 11am, but they told me that if I left it there that they would have him look at it when he came in at 2pm and he would call back and give me a quote when he got in. I never received a phone call so I called back around 5pm. They told me that the guy had just got there but didn't have time to look at it and that they would probably be calling me the next day instead. I was upset because they had told me that he would at least a look at it and give me an idea that could be fixed that day at 2, and at 5 they had not even looked at it to tell me if it was fixable. I waited till the next day and I still did not receive any phone call. I called them around 4 p.m. and they told me that someone should have called me but didn't. They then proceeded to tell me that they wanted to order some part that was $75 to see if it might fix it. They were trying to charge me for a repair to something that wasn't even damage. It is literally one tiny little piece that needs to be replaced, and I don't understand why they are ordering parts on an experimental basis hoping that I would be dumb enough not to know the difference. They then told me that even if they ordered the part it would probably be about $120 to fix it. I could literally buy a new tablet for that. So I'm going to go pick it up and take it to a different tablet repair place in Pembroke Pines called Dr. Phone Fix. They already quoted me $59 to repair the part that is broken, and can confirm the quote literally when I bring it to them, not the next day and then give me a hugely inflated price. Went in today to get my iPhone 8 screen repaired. Let me just state I'm incredibly hesitant to go to a random shop to get my screen fixed. The man who greeted me was very friendly and approachable. The price was $80 which I felt was fair. The overall time to replace the screen was about 20 minutes. I thoroughly looked at the work, made sure the digitizer was working properly, made a phone call to made sure the communication was clear and that the home button/ fingerprint worked accordingly. It seemed as though everything was good to go. After getting home and further inspection I'm noticing one side of the screen is not securely locked in. It pops if I press down hard enough. It's SO UPSETTING. I plan to reach out to see if this can fixed at no cost. read more

I got my iPhone 6s screen fixed at their location inside the Pembroke Lakes mall. I arrived at 8:30pm on a Friday night and within 20 minutes my phone was fixed. I only needed my screen fixed, everything else on my phone worked. Juan and Fabian did a great job. I called several locations around Pembroke Pines and they quoted me the best price with a free iPhone case included! Juan and Fabian provided great customer service. Fraud!!!! Beware!!! These guys lead u to believe that u R getting the real deal and pedal cheap inferior product. Yesterday went to repace broken iPhone 6s+ screen (LCD was still working). Their first Screen went black with polarized sun glasses, this does not occur with proper screen. Initially first fix they tried to send me away covering the cheap glass with a plastic cover to change the way things R seen. Unacceptable. When told their glass was cheap and inferior they tried to resell/upsell me the "better" glass (which did not exist five minutes prior). asking now for even more money. After being confronted with the scheme being pedaled they eventually replaced the glass with the proper glass. After the first replacement the touch screen did not work, after the second replacement the home button was improperly reattaxhed. By the fourth attempt I have a currently working but slow and hit or miss LCD. These guys R scamming and deceiving people ripping them off. A complete fraud store they will leave your phone damaged and unable to use! I brought in my phone for a back glass repair in Pembroke and Juan had gave me my phone completely damaged. I told him that my phone was not working since the phone would not charge, not update, and glitch a lot. Brought it back for him to repair his damages and only made excuses and asked me to pay for the damage he did! I decided to go to apple and they said it was a hardware issue (Juan's damage) and they could not repair it, the only option I had was to buy a completely new phone. A complete scam do not go!! -These guys are completely unprofessional and dishonest. Went to them for a while after a frequent referee me, saying they always hook them up. Turns out they actually WERE'NT hooking them up, just saying they did and giving them a knock off product for the same price. -I Took my phones to them to see what they could do, if they COULD, and to let me know what could be done. Literally all that was asked. They took the phones, decided THEMSELVES that the phone needed extra work done, and without even asking me went about it themselves and did something I did not ask for nor did they check with me if I would've. When it came time to pick up the phones, I was then charged an Absurd amount, telling me they did services that I for one knew for a FACT they did not do, since I had recently just paid for ANOTHER phone repair place to do such services. When I wouldn't let up in that I KNEW they didn't do what they said, they "let it go". But they still wanted to charge me for the extra work they did on the other items that, again, they didn't tell me they were doing or ask me if I wanted in the first place. They then tried to say that the service WAS requested by who dropped the phones off, and when I tried bringing in the person who dropped off the phones so they could contest to that, they didn't even let them speak and said "You know what? Is this amount too much for you?" "You know what, then forget it. It's fine. You don't have to pay it if it's too much trouble for you". Mind you, this is AFTER changing the price of the services 3 times already, until finally "letting it go" in this ridiculous trying-to-flip-the-situation-back-on-me manner. I was livid. Completely unprofessional way of doing business. From taking it upon themselves to do what they want, not disclose prices and services until After "they say" what they did and how much, to how they handle someone standing up for their right to not be exploited. They do amazing work on cell phone screen repairs as well! I took a friend's phone in there for a screen repair. Her screen was completely obliterated! I honestly did not believe it could be fixed. Within an hour the staff members at Repair Geeks of Hollywood made the phone look like it was brand new, right out of the box! I've been in the store a few times for various reasons. My most recent visit was a few days before Christmas. A gentleman by the name of Fabio assisted me. He could not have been more accommodating and helpful. I came here yesterday to pick up my computer and these idiots lost my charger and tried to give me another charger thinking I wouldn't notice instead of just being honest. Not only that but I left my laptop there two weeks ago when they told me they were ordering a specific screen. They said the part would be in within 3-4 days and they would call me when Its done. A whole week went by and I never got a single call! I called the store and the guy with the flat looking face told me my laptop was being worked on and he was going to give me a call once the other owner was in. If you guess I got no call you were right! At this point I'm furious. I ended up calling again two days later and getting promised another call that I never got. At this point I'm hoping I haven't ran into to scammers trying to steal my computer! I spoke to the owner finally and the first thing he does is argue with me and call me a lier saying he did call me then apologizing saying he didn't actually call me.
