I am in the Bondi Junction Store regularly and he's the man who customer mixes the automotive paints. My cars are all old classics and he takes time to get the paint match right. I'm actually offended that he's been singled out. The store is staffed by good people who are passionate about their jobs and I've never had a bad experience. Join the club and get the discounts and refunds if the item you buy goes on special. Certainly better service than Repco or Autobarn. 35 years experience in the motor trade and if I want something convenient and with some knowledge- this and Alexandria are my go to for consumables.

They have a great range of products, but quite often out of stock if they go on sale. These guys are pretty helpful too, if they dont carry something they can usually give you a tip on where else to try.

After receiving them I found they would not lock it. I informed Peter from Roof Rack World what he sent did not fit correctly, his response was "The caps are genuine and you will need to slot out the hole to make these caps work". I didn't think Rhino would make a product like that so I contact Rhino directly. Their support was amazing, Working with them we found out I'd received the wrong ones from Roof Rack World. I got the correct ones from Rhino and they fit and worked perfectly. Went back to Roof Rack World and informed them what they had sent me was incorrect and asked for a refund since they sent me the wrong parts. Peter from Roof Rack World's reply was "You can return the parts at your freight cost and I will refund the product cost only, otherwise keep them.". That pretty much sums up the attitude of Roof Rack World, low care factor, very poor support and make up stuff when they don't know what their talking about.

So the next day I trundled over to the store and met with one of the sales people. They found the correct replacement bulb, ran through my price options and (get this) even installed the new headlights and parking lights for me - no service fee. As it turned out one of the replacement parking lights was defective, not an issue, the guy simply went back inside and got another one fresh from another packet. Headlights are working well. I hope they train all their staff to be as helpful and accommodating as that. Even though he was the only staff member able to look after the counter he was still able to go above and beyond.

I got nothing but fabulous, warm service.. the atmosphere in the workshop was truly friend and exceptionally efficient and I was so impressed with them all.. .particularly Nathan and Charles and the marvellous, John (who also has a set of very fine pipes and there was a bit of great singing going on). So, I left, a very happy customer. Service was quick, prices where great and it was a really pleasant experience. Go there if you need terrific service, efficiency and excellent prices. My initial experience was to service and repair a tire that was deflated after an altercation with…read morea pot hole in Sydney's east. I brought the tire in and explained that I would prefer them to repair it than to buy a new tire. As they couldn't check the tire on a Sunday (don't know why not), they would call me back the following Tuesday. The following Thursday I was called and someone explained that they couldn't repair the tire, it had to be replaced. Unfortunately, I didn't say yes immediately, and said I would come in to discuss, and pick a tire for replacement. The following Sunday I came in and chose a Tire. I paid for it, and they said that they couldn't swap out my wheel until the following week. After a week with no contact, I called to see what was happening, and was told that the job was complete, and I came very early before work on a Tuesday, to pick up the tire. The serviceman there couldn't locate my tire, and told me that I had already picked it up (he tried to convince me I had picked it up already - like seriously, why would I be there if I had?) They said they lost it, and would have to check the whole place to locate it. I said it was unacceptable, and the manager said he would find it, and personally deliver it to my address. The following Thursday they located it, and called me promising to deliver it, so I told him my work address, and was waiting for him with my car outside, until I got a call that he couldn't deliver it that night. Unacceptable again. Finally I got so fed up, I went to pick it up very early another morning, and they tried to charge me for the tire again - I had to show them the receipt to confirm I had already paid for it. Unacceptable. This process took 3 weeks. It was stressful, and a horrible experience, never again will I go, or recommend anyone goes here. They're a bunch of clowns in a circus. We laugh.

If you have been on James Ruse Drive then you will know about this place. If not, you probably live under a rock :P I find it hilarious that Repco and Super Cheap Auto are located right beside each other. On the weekend i went back and fourth at least twice between the two store so I could compare prices. Staff at Repco are very helpful and are happy to answer most of your car related questions. The store layout is very organised so you wont trip over anything! For oil filters you will need to go to the back of the store, tell the guy what type of car you have and he will get the filter for you. Compare this to Super Cheap where you have to read a book/manual to find the type of filter yourself. Customer service at Repco..tick. Knowledgeable staff , easy to find products and good prices.

It's tiresome needing tyres. They know you need 'em. If you're really unlucky they know you need…read more'em and that you cannot afford the time shopping around but lucky for you I did all the tiresome work for you. If you're on the Lower North Shore you can save big bucks. I'm talking a $100 difference on the tyre I needed ($220 fitted with Payless vs $270 for tyre plus labour of $50 with another well known mobile business). Alas the tyre I needed wasn't in stock but they ordered it in and was fitted within 24 hours (the jobs itself took 10 minutes). The workshop is gorgeously filthy. The guys working there straight talking 'getting on with the job' types. Even better there' not a Pirelli calendar in sight. In fact (hilariously) the tyre company has replaced the human birds with the Avian variety. This month's was a rather charming Kookaburra. I was so charmed by the bird that I didn't even mind when they kindly offered to reverse my car of the garage. My inner-Feminist just growled quietly and smiled. Located just off Warringah Road next to the Carwash about 4 minutes north of Chatswood. Job's a good 'un.

Chris and the crew are just how you'd hope a workshop should be - honest, responsive, straightforward , knowledgeable and good value. We get both our Audi and Jeep serviced here but don't expect cafe latte machines and polished waiting room.........
