Cautionary client recap, based on exact client experience during 2021-2024…read more Started the process of retaining KGH for legal representation in 2021, Samantha M came to our home to proceed with signing the contract for representation.The process was started and we spent the last 3 years interacting with the many paralegals providing information for our case, participating in depositions, etc.It was a horrendous experience dealing with this firm, resending the same case documentations as they had a revolving door of entry-level paralegals.  As a client there is a level of professionalism as it relates to a representation agreement when you retain legal counsel for a case. Fast forward to 2024 our main lawyer that we communicated with for over 3 years leaves the practice, no communication on a new point of contact within the firm regarding our case or even an email / call NEVER NOTIFIED US IN ANY WAY... I reached out to Mr. Peeyou Panarella to follow-up on our case and one of the mariachi brothers who is in character as an attorney at KGH, responded via email.
