Communication was unprofessional, expectations were not set clearly, and the process felt disorganized and misleading from the start. I ultimately had to go elsewhere (UPS) to get the notarization done the same day. I would caution others to avoid this service and use a more reliable, transparent notary.

Their negligence will cost us over $8K in fees, transportation and hotels as our entire application got rejected due to the delays.

Had a latte with almond milk and Italian coffee, which seemed to be their default coffee since that's what they automatically provided with the latte--it was delicious and one of the best lattes I've ever had. Wish I could drink it everyday. Then tried a recommended Ethiopian coffee they had in an espresso and a latte with regular milk to bring to my wife and it was good but still preferred the first latte. Also tried a Brazilian cheese bread which was very pleasant and fresh. They had very few freshly baked pastries available at the time though. The service was wonderful. I only wish they had offered me the porcelain cups instead of paper cups since I was drinking it all at the cafe. They said they do not offer WiFi but I guess they're not meant to be a sit down cafe where people bring laptops (I had my laptop with me). Bottom line is I would try to go there every day for coffee if I lived there. I hope they do well and can expand in the future and offer more of their potential.
