It is repugnant to be told that you'll have to wait while their computer 'wakes up'. Shame on me for continuing the conversation and actually making the appointment. I was called and told I was late for an appointment for which I wasn't scheduled for another 15 minutes. I showed up 5 minutes prior to my appointment time and waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged and then another 15 minutes before my service began. At that point, I was dealing with 2 techs simultaneously. What in the world? My dip manicure was awful, and the solution was to paint a coat of gel polish to even out the botched job. I will NEVER set foot in this establishment again, and I will strongly advise anyone else from doing so.

Ive gotten a toe fungus from there. Its close to my house and it's convenient, but always a mess. Got gel mani and pedi with my 6 year old granddaughter. $171. No kid prices. 2 of her gel nail fell off in the pool. 2 of my nails are all chipped after 1 day. I didn't do anything to cause it. I think their products are old or cheap. It never stays on. They just got new owners so... but I've learned my lesson. No more.
