As I sit here now with a lock on my card for no apparent reason, I am being told that they have two other partners, one being Pfizer. Each partner has the authority to lock or unlock your card. This is day two of my card being locked! No food, no gas for my car, and I'm being told that I may even have to wait yet another day because a request has to be made for the other partners to release my funds. I was not introduced to any so-called partners when I opened this account; I have no idea who they are or why they would have a say on my funds! And sadly, none of the representatives seem to have enough knowledge to even explain why my card was locked in the first place. What made me even more upset is after I called and verified that the purchases were not fraudulent, I was told my card was back active! So I tried to make a purchase, but the card still didn't work, so I tried a few more times and then decided to call back to let them know it still wasn't working. The representative then tells me, oh well, because you tried to swipe the card a few times, it's now blocked until midnight. At this point, I'm furious. I then asked for a supervisor who turned out to be even worse than the first guy at explaining what was happening! No one could help me or fix the situation. I was told to wait until Monday to call the actual bank... once again no food, no gas to get home on my end. I understand the protection, but what I will never be able to understand is why, when I verified purchases, my account still stayed locked and is still locked now. I was also told I can't remove the protection! What was even more bizarre was they allowed a cash app transaction to go through while my card was locked! How is this protection?? This bank left me without any valid excuses; they just fed me nonsense to get me off the phone. Thank goodness I was not out of town, stranded. I was with Cinco Credit Union for almost 20 years before Superior came along and changed the name. I don't trust this company any longer; their representatives don't seem to know how to help and also suffer from a lack of proper knowledge. It's like handing your money over to someone unable to communicate. I'm switching to PNC. Pathetic!

Carrie , who is the head of HR never returned any phone calls . The whole company is crap and hopefully they are acquired by a real company . I am totally sick of their lies and deceit . I don't blame AJ , but god forbid you need an answer for anything , good luck. I feel like taking a trek up to Lima to see Carrie face to face . I am letting my friends , neighbors, and co- workers know about this horrible experience .If I could give Carrie a zero or negative rating that would be more on point . My credit union can supply you with a debit card on spot. But not a large bank like Huntington. They did give me a temporary card to be used at Huntington only. That's some help, but still not ideal. My own d@mn fault. And they were so pleasant and helpful. I paid extra so I don't have to wait 10 days and had it expedited. We'll see is that makes it come faster. I sure hope so. And now I know where my "local" Huntington Bank is. One city over.

Stopped at Kremer's market to pick up a few things & discovered my situation. The cashier said she would hold my purchases while I went to secure cash. Don't know what I was thinking...the only credit card I had was a BP card & they wouldn't give cash back on a purchase. Long story not so short...pulled into my bank's branch and explained the situation. The Customer Service Rep politely asked how much cash I needed (only $20) and said he could look up my acct. by other means and help me. With my ss# and signature, I got my cash and went back to pick up my dinner items. Don't know why there are so many negative comments that float around about Fifth Third. I've never received anything but outstanding, pleasant service at each branch I've visited!

This branch specifically always goes above and beyond to ensure I get what I need. The banker I constantly work with , Todd , went above and beyond to fix this for me and ensure it wouldn't happen again. The times my card had fraudulent charges I called Todd, he fixed it right away! Went out of the country, called Todd , he put alerts on my card right away. Lost a few cards to stolen wallets, Todd had a new card in my hand in less than a week. We're on a first name basis now with how often I have questions about the way an account, a card or a service works. Truly amazing tellers here , always willing to put in the work to get to your desired outcome !

On this occasion, I needed to get a check printed (because who has a checkbook anymore?). I popped in and was quickly greeted by the staff. The gentleman who helped me was super friendly. He pulled up my account via SSN (because who ever remember their bank account number?). There was a small fee for a single check printed, but it's totally worth it to occasionally pay that fee (I think it was $1.50) than for a checkbook i'll never use. There's a small parking lot here as well as a drive thru and atm. It's a great location if you live in Covington. I always pop by this atm when I need to pull out some cash before heading somewhere I'll need it. Great location and super friendly staff - high fives, PNC.

I recently called the Covington branch on Madison searching for $2 bills. The gentleman who took…read moremy call was friendly and courteous. I spoke to Chase when I got there and he remembered my earlier call and already had some bills ready. He also told me of some 50 cent coins he had, which I thought was considerate. I get the same treatment from everyone each time i go in there, albeit seldom with todays digital and online world. Nonetheless, it's good to know genuine and friendly service can still be found today.

And when I called him out to corporate - they ignored me. He deceived me regarding promotional dollars they were supposed to give me but never did.  I actually recorded him saying they would pay me promo dollars then two weeks later recorded him again saying that wasn't true.  He then lied to the corporate offices about our conversation! The bank also mistakenly charged me a variety of fees that I had to fight tooth and nail to get back. This has been the worst banking experience ever! Take your money elsewhere!

Kudos to Darla + the Estate/Trust department! In trying to…read morefind the correct Central Bank that handles a royalty property account, I started with Central Bank & Trust in Kentucky. I had very little information to provide to start the search. Darla, my first contact, brought in two experts from the estates and trust department, and they did some additional digging. When they couldn't find any records, they suggested I contact the Central Bank in Missouri, and they even provided the phone number. It turned out to be the Central Bank in Texas, but I made it this far because these three women provided such outstanding customer support. And I'm not even a customer!! Thank you!
