The tracked down an old work number and have called over 100 times in a matter of a few days. Despite being told that this person no longer works here and that it is a business line and their constant (over 45 calls in an 8 hour period) calls are disruptive, they still keep calling. They have been told to remove the number multiple times and yet the calls continue. My next review will be sent to the BBB.

When I went to buy my 1st house, I went thru 3 different lenders that I decided not to use because I couldn't understand what they was telling me about the loans. If you start your application online and are unable to finish it online, the branch has problems finishing your application because their online and in branch systems are different. I did run in to this problem, but the in branch staff did work everything out. The entire staff, from the Branch Manager, to Customer Service and tellers, are friendly and make you feel welcome.
