The woman at the counter was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment we walked in. She didn't bother to properly read the form and incorrectly claimed it couldn't be notarized. When my husband politely corrected her, she snapped in a condescending tone, saying, "I can read that." This same form had been notarized elsewhere before, and when we went to a UPS on Main Street afterward, they notarized it immediately without any issues. This employee clearly lacks basic customer service skills. We will NEVER return to Zip It. Absolutely unacceptable behavior!

The employees provided 5 star treatment to my elderly and disabled Mom who would be considered one of the one's at the top of the high risk list for COVID-19 awareness. Although the line was close to being out the door due to the 6feet distancing restrictions, they were all smiles during the entire process and very patient. I recommend this location for shipping, packaging and notary needs even though it's small and may cost for services that may be routinely free because of the great Customer Service!
