I am a UPS My Choice subscriber and had a package delivery change to this store as it is a designated "UPS Access Point". The store refused my package and had it returned to sender. I called UPS, and they said that the store requires a payment if they are to receive the package. I told UPS of my My Choice subscription, but they said the store will not accept the package without payment. I will do this as I want the package, but this store does not follow the My Choice protocol. Seems like a rogue UPS Store to me. read more

Convenient location. The gentleman was very helpful and patient. The parking lot is a bit jammed with multiple retail stores.

The owner is one of the rudest people I have seen in some time. He told me what it took to send tires back to Amazon. I went home, prepared the tired and returned. He told me his store does not take Amazon products. I left, called my wife and she said they did. She called and talked to someone else and he said "yes we do." I returned back to the store. We had a dispute and he told me to leave the store or he would call the police. I called them and one of the officers' said the owner has that kind of reputation. They came. I come to UPS for all my shipping needs (especially with returning items back to Amazon). Making returns with Amazon is easy-peasy here. The owner of this location is absolutely disgusting. I go to pick up some prints that they said were ready and I get there and non of the employees know how to use the printer and the prints are not ready. They print them off FINALLY and they are all off. I tell them I would like to see the proof on their screen and then the owner started cussing me out and refused to give me a refund. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. I would not recommend this place to your worst enemy. read more

I went to this Amazon Drop-off point for returns and the employee wanted to charge $3.15 because they printed a return label. Do not go to this store they want to charge you for the paper they print the label on. A ream of paper is is cheaper than $3.15, and I could have printed the return label at my home for free, this independent site and is not customer friendly. The UPS site located in FRISCO on Teel and Main never charge you. Also I don't know how the FRISCO site know about my military service (20 yrs) but always thank me for my service. read more

The gentlemen who work here are the opposite of polite. I'm giving 2 stars simply because they are quick at their job. When shipping boxes, like we always do, in bulk, we don't need a commentary about what we're shipping. If we've declined a separate service once, there is no need to continue talking about it and trying to push your $6(each) boxes on us. We've never had an issue with ups until we started coming to this location. They treat us like we have no clue what we're doing. I'll save my sanity and drive further to a different store. Also. If someone goes to the trouble of putting fragile stickers all over every box, they should treat those boxes as such. read more

I requested and paid for 2nd Day Air to ship a piece of art to a wedding venue. The package arrived late (after the wedding & reception) and to the wrong address. UPS corporate will not help since this is a stand alone store. The store was never able to locate ~where~ exactly the piece was delivered and my artwork is lost forever. There is a FedEx Store across 121 from this location. They have excellent service and have never lost anything I've sent. I recommend them highly and they are seriously 1/4 mile away! read more

Focus on your customers, there's always more to the story. There is a serious problem with the amazon and UPS store model, I went to one store and the QR code didn't work. I call Amazon and they said they would send labels... I go to this UPS store and they tell me without QR they get to charge 1.99 to print the label, this is really just a way to fee customers who are already returning a product they don't want. Amazon needs to pull their business from UPS stores because it is painfully obvious these independent business points don't give a crap about Amazon customers returning items through UPS. I'm sure the whole interaction I had this morning between UPS Stores and returning an Amazon product is part of a bigger problem. read more

Since I'm sending a nice little letter complaining to UPS Corp about this store I think it's safe to say I had a bad experience. Short story, the store is run by terrible management who would prefer to be absent rather than provide the full scope of services or heaven forbid, customer service. For over a week I tried at different times during the day to have my documents notarized there (I would have gone someplace else but these were specific docs that not a lot of places will notarize). When I finally did track down the manager who could provide this service, I walked in 5 minutes after confirming her whereabouts and was told she "clocked out". Even though she was still on site she refused to meet with me to reschedule. In terms of the overall store, it's run by a handful of high school kids who clock in and "hang out". They have no leadership and zero work ethic. To put it in perspective, I WOULD RATHER DEAL WITH THE US POSTAL SERVICE THAN VISIT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! Avoid it like the plague unless you enjoy disappointment. read more

I don't know what happened to this place. A few years ago it was fine. I called to see if I could have a package dropped off there for pick up since I didn't want UPS to leave the package on my porch. The guy said as long as the package didn't need a signature UPS would leave it on my porch. Hello? Did you hear anything I just said? Or do you just not want to do your job?
