The employee -- who I was told is the one who provides pricing on this type of service -- met me in front, inspected my car, and stated it would be $300 and that I would simply need to wash the car before dropping it off. When I returned about 6 weeks later to schedule (I was waking on a backordered windshield replacement), the office manager stated that the other employee was on a phone call and that she would send me an email (I explained fully my previous visit.) Curiously, it was now $400. When I asked for an explanation of the price increase, she stated (over emails) that the other employee had merely provided an estimate. However, he had never stated that it was a ballpark estimate. I question their honesty and integrity after this exchange. I won't ever do business there.

MAINS'L was the best. Now they are heading toward the bottom. A single point of contact is great…read moreuntil that person doesn't know what they are doing or they go on vacation and the backup has no clue or doesn't care. New rules delay starting services due to point of contact being "unavailable". Invoices not paid on time causing family to pay out of pocket with no avenue for reimbursement. No portal is an issue. Spending reports have errors which are not fully corrected. Payroll and mileage have had errors or been missed entirely. Invoices paid to one vendor deducted from a different vendor's authorized funds. MAINS'L is not the worst fms but they definitely are not top tier any longer.

However, after some reorganization in the spring of 2026, everything well downhill....and fast! They went from working with me to be sure invoices were paid on time and correctly to paying from the wrong bucket, not helping with purchasing workarounds, not purchasing what was listed in my budget, not paying invoices as specified or with clarification they requested....everything is just a mess...including their attitude. I ended up paying out of pocket and leaving money we were approved for on the table. They are behind the times compared to other FMS'; no portal to track real time spending plan, no portal for vendors to submit invoices, no credit card for items that can't be purchased the typical way, late and inaccurate spending reports, and poor customer service. How does one of the largest and best FMS' go from fantastic to horrible in no time?!?!?! Be forewarned...stay away!!!!!
